I think Russ "cheats" at cleanliness by having no hobbies/activities and few possessions.

Someone in his situation should have a fairly fat bank account but he doesn't. I imagine he is likely under paid and/or under houred for his processor job. I also wonder if he still pays for SW in some way or is being perpetually scammed.
