I used to do a little trolling on Twitch and other streaming platforms, the most common sense reaction was hiding the seethe. Mixer staff for example used to outright tell streamers that's what they should do, too so it's not like it's some hidden knowledge. On Twitch they used to simply put on "only followers for X days" mode and hid raids and follow notifications without reacting for half an hour. That basically got rid of most of the "hate raids". Why? They just wanted to be left alone and stream some boring singleplayer game and be as family friendly possible. What Lucas does is the opposite, "ME, ME, ME, IT'S ABOUT ME. GIVE ME SPECIAL TREATMENT!" while requiring China level invigilation so we're all required to send our ID cards to create a Twitch account, if we type "YWNBAW" we get depersoned from Twitch and society as a whole.
