I just came from the Rioley Tempest thread.

The floor for "less sex appeal" is like that mine in Chile that those miners got stuck in a few years back.

Maybe it's because he's on an arugula kick but Sander is like cleaning the sad, lonely, wilted greens from the vegetable drawer while certain other cows are like cleaning out the chest freezer after a month-long power outage.

Sander literally admit to avoid his anxiety and depression by doing something else and being busy everytime.
While it sounds like a good way to cope with mental health issues, it isn't and it's a terrible idea, this is why Jazz is morbidly obese, because instead of confronting what makes them sad/anxious/depress, they hide behind concepts, for Jazz it's fast food and for Sander, it's sports and social media.

No wonder sander is constantly doing stupid tiktok videos, he can't stay 2 min doing nothing or else his demons will be back, truly a sad way to live, instead of spending thousand of dollars on vacation that brings nothing to his life, he should spend them with a therapist, trust me Sander, the camera crew has no rights to follow your therapists session, this is between you and your doctor.
