So apparently he was only at the state hospital to learn terminology and proceedings and no "unsafe activity" happened, but yet in the letter immediately preceding:

His story changes every letter it seems. It would be nothing less than a travesty if he walks with less than long term inpatient confinement. He's too far gone for rehabilitation at this point. His continued existence is exhausting

Edit: that shit had to have happened at the hospital because he would no doubt reference CVRJ by name.

The longer it is from the event the less truthful Chris is, he has to use the Wiki to remind him of significant events in his own life. Not just clear up a muddled memory but the whole event. Also add to that if he feels he will get in trouble he will change facts and events to make himself look better, his confession to Null, Bella and in the initial letters where likely the most accurate accounting of what happened he molested Barb sexually for a month and prepared for it by buying a book on the subject and wanting to brag about it.

Chris now likely has some understanding that he really has fucked up this time, this is the most he's ever been punished but it's not had a effect on him as he had several days after the news broke to justify it to himself, and the month before that while he was doing it to get comfy with the idea to himself so he thinks he's done no wrong so the punishment will have no effect on him and he will feel he's been hard done by because he thinks he's done it with the best of intentions.

Hell think about it, when he Drew ShecameforCWC.jpg of megan he was actively trying to get into her knickers and was fantising about it so much so he drew that picture and he said "If I didn't I may have became a abusive maniac" within a day of her finding out about it as a justification, and a few months later he said "It was wishful thinking" to another sweetheart because by that point he's lost his friend, and gotten a lot of shit for it, that's whats happening with Barb now, He's defended incest, had dreams about having sex with Barb he's finally acted on it gotten into trouble for it and is now regretting it and trying to avoid responsibility for his actions.

I think a lot of it is Chris backpedaling on things he's been told in letters, trying to get ahead of the fact that he was shipped off to the nut house. "Oh no, they only requested my attendance to teach me legal stuff!" sounds a lot better, to him, about why he went there, then questions of his sanity. What's also strange, is you'd think with his ego, that'd claim something like they shipped off there, but he emerged triumphant and told those nurses to go to hell. Instead he keeps tiptoeing around it and trying to downplay it. Getting sent to a mental hospital seems to be one of his continuing fears. Normally Chris doesn't care about stuff that scares him after awhile, but this fear is a pretty common theme.

I imagine it was finally drilled into his head that he wouldn't be able to go back home or be around Barb if he was found guilty, which up until the hospital visit, Chris didn't give two shits about. Now that he's actually gotten consequences, and huge consequences at that, he's actively trying to look for a not-guilty plea or something that will get him off the hook on this charge.

I wonder too if that's the case, or they told him there might be additional charges. If Chris was only ruled competent to stand trial in the last month or so, they may have waited for additional charges, especially if Heilberg was pushing for a competency evaluation at an official hospital.

i still can't get over chris saying repeatedly not to donate to him lmao. Imagine if he gets hit with yet another continuance or jail time. They issued the emergency protective order based on Chris' ramblings. Then they put out a warrant for his arrest. In between the EPO and the warrant they must have found or learned something at 14BLC to justify the arrest.

Nope. Chris has run out the clock and run out of the court's patience. He's been officially deemed competent to stand trial by a state hospital, so now there's nothing stopping the court from ramrodding him through proceedings.

There are legal restrictions on the "educational" methods they can use in jail, especially with someone who is still presumed innocent. The hospital has more options with someone deemed "incompetent".

And those he finds out violated his "privacy", or are just generally not ass-kissing online, because after release he's immediately going to hop online the second he's out.. No matter where he ends up. If you want to get doxed and forever haunted by weens, writing him is the way to go!

Also the Soul bonding, he was claiming the have been with a new girlfriend a minimum of a month before the revelation and was talking about it in detail I really doubt it was just what he's claimed in the last few letters Chris is all about the honest content but I am starting to wonder if someone has told him it's hard to prove and he's doing everything he can to drop it to get back home.

I also think he has been told he's getting out soon and that there is a deal worked out - I don't think he will be going back to 14BLC unless something really weird is going on and the government has dropped the ball once again with Chris and gave him a slap on the wrist.

They've done all they can do with him. Lock him up for a year send him to the shrinks, coach him on how to talk to the judge without demanding he be addressed as Mrs Jesus Christ Christine Weston Chandler sonichu CPU blue heart. All they can do now is wait for the last countience date and hope Chris doesn't cause too much trouble when they sentence him.


More so if the plea deal includes staying away from barb and 14 branchland. He's so adamant about returning to one, the other or both that if the terms of his release include being banned from them and moved to a tard home. Then hopefully the balif will have some tranquilizer handy for the kicking and screaming fit.
