In all seriousness it’s almost a certainty something is wrong with him; he has the emotional age of a teenager, if not younger.

Im about 70% convinced he’s autistic as that would explain a lot.
He’s definitely a narcissist as others have pitched before, but to me that’s either separate or a symptom of something else.

Phil is a clear case of what happens when a kid with autism never gets therapy for it. His parents from shitty Bridgeport Connecticut likely had no idea what autism was in the 90s and just thought he was "off". Instead of going to speech therapy and special classes that would help him learn not to be as openly a sperg he got mainstreamed like Chris Chan and never had to confront those issues. Phil will never be formally diagnosed with it because he hates doctors but everyone here know he's clearly on the spectrum.

I was introducing a friend to videos of him a while back and they almost immediately said they felt like he had autism or some kind of other mental disorder because of how he was behaving. Even outsiders can see it pretty easily.
