I'm betting that his lawyer told him that he can't be held in jail longer than a year without being transferred to prison. Chis would hear the first half of the sentence and assume that they have to let him go. Obviously, no one has told him about what is going on with Barb. He's not asking for donations for her any more. He's never going to see her again. They probably haven't told him what is going on with the house either. He'll never go home to that either.

I think all of us know more about Chris's situation than he does. Big changes coming for him whether he wants it or not.

I also think he has been told he's getting out soon and that there is a deal worked out - I don't think he will be going back to 14BLC unless something really weird is going on and the government has dropped the ball once again with Chris and gave him a slap on the wrist.

I think his lawyer has told him that if he is found innocent then he can go back home and Chris is just ignoring any possibility of him being found guilty because in his mind he's innocent and special and the rules don't apply to him. His lawyer probably knows his client is guilty due to some kind of evidence from the cops but still labors under the assumption his client is innocent because thats what a lawyer has to do. I'm sure the lawyers for incells who shoot up their schools have a similar mentality. Chris of course thinks his lawyer can wave a magic wand and will out of existence any confessions or medical evidence of Chris having sex with Barb just like how Chris can snap his fingers to make My Little Pony toys vanish.

What i've noticed with these two past letters is that he has noticeably left out "Christine Weston Chandler" at the end and has instead just went full "Jesus Christ Chan Sonichu", which has only happened once before these. I might be overanalyzing this and it could perhaps be because he is too lazy to write his name, but its interesting to me

Would probably be worse for him. From what Pointless Sperg has said if convicted the state needs to find a place for him to live for 30 days after he gets out. If they put him in a group home or Section 8 housing than Chris can use his tugboat to stay there and have a roof over his head. Remember the video of him being picked up by the cops? He was all chatty and friendly with them while they put him in handcuffs. Do you really think he actually clammed up when they read him his Miranda rights and told him he could have a lawyer? We all know how the cops operate.
