In fact there is no cure for cancer. And even then "cancer" isn't one disease. It's like 80 diseases that all represent in the same way. If tomorrow a cure was found for colon cancer, which he's probably going to get at one point, then we still wouldn't be closer to a cure for any other form of cancer out there.
