At one point the Bellagio was arguably the most luxurious casino resort in Vegas, and it's still pretty Tony even with newer luxury resorts having been built since it opened. That's obviously the shitty interior of some kind of local government or community services building. I dunno who Shit-Lips thinks he's fooling saying it's the Bellagio. It's like he thinks no one ever goes to these places and wouldn't be able to tell he's not really where he says he is.
