That PayPal 'Friends and Family' feature could actually be his downfall. It is super easy to just check it as that type of transaction but he would have to be very careful. You avoid paying fees when you do so (like 3% total) and also evade the future law for reporting.

He also couldn't try and say it's not charity because if he says otherwise it literally is a legal issue and would get him booted from PayPal for fraudulent usage.

In the last few years PayPal has gotten really strict in how it enforces Friends and Family, I tried sending a friend of mine money for lunch he paid for on his card and because I've never sent him money like that before but I have bought something from him on ebay once they started a investigation and he nearly lost his account until we both explained the situation.

To be fair Weed's easy to get everybody and there dog has a connection even if they don't realise it who can get them some green, but Pill / Speed/ acid / Coke tend to be a bit more serious and the dealers wouldn't want to risk selling to him, and I do think he'd be a bit more intimidated of them as they are more serious to get ahold of and if he got caught with them the punishment is a bit worse.

I'm not saying he wouldn't do them if he could and I am 99% sure he has when Floorlord and other have shared them with him but I don't think he's a regular user of them.

Yeah I agree - I think he only does hard drugs when they are offered to him... I don't think he would ever go out of his way to do any of that stuff (or at least I hope).

I don’t know if he would do meth but he admitted to doing pills at one point and he said he did coke before; however, since Casper is poor, it’s most likely was 99% baby powder and 1% dirty coke. He use to do k2 as well, so he doesn’t shy away from drugs.

But from what ive seen, this might flag paypal's system as inappropriately using their f&f system and they can potentially ban him from paypal. You've gotta figure that this man didn't exactly start with a full deck of cards, he had difficulties opening cans with can openers. On top of that, he spent his formative years doing K2 and huffing rags of cologne. He's been weekly binge drinking for a year and some change now, which can also heavily contribute to permanent brain damage.

Knowing that, I'm not surprised when I see his brain shift down to 1st gear when he drinks half a bottle of rum.
