Lesbian General Thread for True & Honest Women who love True & Honest Women - (Lolfag) Media, memes, discussion & more

I get where you’re coming from and it’s noble. Remember though, they’re frightening for a reason, people are understandably wary of them since most folks know someone who’s dog or uncle Joe got bitten, and it’s not pretty. The only thing you can do as an advocate is to try to turn that fear into respect. Protection sadly doesn’t always lead people to finding a species favorable.
Venomous species in GA aren't particularly aggressive and most bites happen because someone either accidentally stepped on/grabbed the snake or was intentionally messing with/trying to kill it. Dogs shouldn't be outside unsupervised, same as any other non-native pet.

Fatalities from snakebite in the US are extraordinarily rare. Horses and dogs kill way more people.

They may not be aggressive or particularly deadly thanks to anti venom being stocked at most hospitals, but like I said, most people know someone/something that was bitten, it doesn’t matter why they were, because the results are still frightening. As far as dogs, shh, you won’t make any friends in rural communities with that belief, since people have working dogs, especially in the southern part of the state. Hunting plantations with dogs are often the biggest contributors to state wildlife conservation funds, the last thing you want to do is to alienate them into not donating land and profits to conservation efforts.

But we’re spinning our wheels, there isn’t really a debate here. And whether lesbians are pro environmentalists or not I still feel this conversation is drastically out of scope. Maybe mods can find a more suitable thread to migrate it to posthumously.

I’ve had horses all my life.

Also not wrong, the most batshit women I have met have been horsey. Funnily, every single one has been straight.
I had horses for a major portion of my life and can confirm that the levels of batshittery in that world are intense. Plus very various. Everything from ‘What do you mean every bone in my body is broken, I’m going to get back on that horse and jump that fence if it kills me’ to ‘My horse manifested from the spirit world to teach me how to be angry, and grapefruit seed extract will kill all worms and viruses’. Plus everything between and beyond.

I feel very old when I venture into this thread though. Maybe because I am!

Anyway to make this dyke related, I know autists are more likely to openly identify as lgbt, so I imagine I'm not the only autistic dyke around lol

Better question giving the responses: am I the only NON-autistic non- dyke lesbian here???

also make the reptiles and environment related to pussy plz.

I've met a good amount of farmer lesbians in my life. Including ones who ran a Co-Op in a place I visited on vacation who were legit both named the same first name and were mirror lesbians.

Thoughts on Mirror gays?

I can understand wanting to find someone similar to you, kinda like a matched set sort of deal. But if it's right down to the same first name, feels a bit narcy but idc unless I'm involved somehow. I hope for their sake it doesn't turn into a female version of this meme.

I've noticed that I've been receiving a lot of male attention lately despite dressing pretty blatantly like a dyke. I asked a few of my other lesbian friends and one of them sent me this article in response: https://nypost.com/2022/03/15/dressing-like-a-lesbian-is-fashionably-sexy-for-straight-women/

I really hope that that article is exaggerating things.. have any other butch/futches noticed a similar uptick?

I'm short and petite with a butch/short haircut, I dress incredibly "boyish" - baggy t-shirt, loose-fitting shorts/baggy pants - and rarely wear makeup (sometimes eyeliner, if anything). and the crazy thing is, the older I've gotten the more male attention I seem to attract than I ever had before.

Now, I've been rocking this look for at least 15 years at this point, since roughly the end of high school (yikes, I'm old). Once I went with the short hair, awkward 'lil old me was suddenly getting chatted up by more random men than I ever had. Black dudes, especially. So the rumors about black dudes going for dykes seems to be true, at least in my case lol

The sad thing is that I don't think I've ever been randomly hit on by another woman in this way, and if I had I guess I didn't realize it? Men just seem to be much more forward I guess.

So to answer your question: Uptick, yes indeed.

I think more women are weightlifting in general so that might be why more masc lesbians are getting male attention? Also there's always been the tomboy fascination that men have. I've seen an uptick of tomboy memes lately on fucking reddit of all places, so that could be seeping into real life.

My lipstick lesbian self salutes you all, it's rough out here. :semperfidelis:

Laughing at the thought of reddit niggers trying to get cute tomboys. I wonder if some chick swept the tomboy off her feet in front of the average redditor, would they be angry at being blueballed or soyfacing because "waow! lgbt in front of me!'?
They'd come out as trans 6 months later, and seethe about still not being able to get that poon.

I think it's less a real tomboy most of these dudes want and more of an idealized, female version of themselves they can fuck. Shit, given how many will swear lesbians don't count as TRUE and HONEST tomboys or insist being a tomboy has an expiration date, I don't think many have ever really spent much time around actual, real life tomboys.

I disagree, I like tomboys because having someone spot me in the gym is awesome. Besides even if they don’t want to be tomboys anymore that’s fine too.

That's 100% it. When those dorks say tomboys they usually just mean short hair and 'shares the same dorky interests as I'.

I had to get this from KYM (I didn't have a local copy on hand) but it is surprisingly accurate.

Fucking accurate except the fighting part, they can throw a punch. However I would like to point out that the image is the same formula as the “not like the other girls” images.

Interesting discussion on the gym and tomboys. I am in a very I'd say, "type A" area and I see a lot of young 20s women that go very hard at the gym with the "get big muscle" lifts like the Olympic lifts and yet remain quite feminine with long hair, perfectly manicured nails and body hair and so on. It's honestly very impressive and many of them have equally fit but more masculine partners, and by that I must mean their partners might have shorter hair or don't "perform femininity" in that way.

As an older millenial that's been in gyms my entire life it's a pretty interesting sea change. Even like 10 years ago you hardly saw any women powerlifting it was almost all still just cardio bunnies. The stigma of having visible muscles seems to have gone away, which cool.

Eh, short haired tomboys are kinda over-represented. All of the tomboys I knew (including myself) had long hair, but either kept it braided or in a ponytail. Very low maintenance - out of the way but without having to constantly go to the salon. It's only as I've gotten older and more feminine that I've considered a shorter hair style.

All the tomboys i've known since elementary had short hair since we all learned how to razor our own hair. Then I moved states during 4th grade and that's where some of the long hair ones existed. Then middle school was short hair and then highschool was a mixture. Also if you're considering a shorter hairstyle all you need to know is that you can have Ellen's hairstyle, just don't act like her.
