SO late on this but I love seeing their useless "thirteen year old boy made to do the shopping with mom's debit card and no supervision" grocery "hauls". Like... look at this. This is a tragedy, not a grocery trip; there's literally one - one! - actual ingredient in that cart, and it's butter. Everything else is premade unhealthy crap, mostly pure sugar or pure salt. Sixty-three giant chocolate muffins, a four-pack of frozen pizzas... seriously, I know middle schoolers who would put more effort into adding healthy fruits and veggies to their diet if left alone in a Costco and told to fill a cart.

Either way eviction is typically a civil process and the law enforcement only shows up to drag tenants out once the eviction actually happens.

Probably they don't, but not everywhere is really as nice and distinct about cops (executive) versus sheriff's deputies (judicial). It's sort of a pet peeve of mine to use sheriff's deputies as traffic cops because it's an executive function, but nobody cares what I think.

Since they get snow in the area AND did not insulate the tank, it creates a lulzy scenario when the heating can go out in winter despite the gauge showing you the tank is full because all the propane has burned out and butane is technically there but is splashing at the bottom.

You only leave that shit outside if there is no room for an underground one (haha), you have a shoestring budget (hahaha), or the underground water level is too high (HAHAHA).

ETA: it probably is a thing in more bougie mountain communities to bury the tank, but that will be as much for aesthetic reasons as having it keep working. I don’t think it’s a real problem for the tranch. The cost to refill it will be.

• I found that Penny has his own personal Amazon Wishlist filled with expensive power tools and the like, although nothing has been purchased. It was linked from the Oglala Lakota Amazon list.
