Post videos of people dying - Self explanatory really

Not only did Resto remove the padding, they filled the empty space with chalk, and on top of it Resto's wraps were done with plaster of Paris and hardened into a cast in his gloves. Resto said his trainer also gave him a potion of asthma medicine to open up his lungs so he could throw haymakers and not get tired as fast.
Christ, even worse than I thought. Assaulting this kid with bricks. Reminds me of Antonio Margarito getting caught loading his gloves with plaster of Paris. Stuff like this is why the opposing fighter's team is allowed to have one of their guys watch the hands get wrapped and inspect gloves before a fight.

Yeah that poor kid was tough as nails, even more heartbreaking in the video you can hear him say " I can't see out of this eye." :'(

I'm not buying the plaster of paris thing. It disintegrates into dust upon impact. If they were, however, able to basically turn the hand wraps into hardened like casts, 1. Collins would have been killed in that fight, and 2. His father (who was the one to notice the missing padding when he shook Resto's hand after the fight) would certainly have noticed that as well. Removing the padding was more than sufficient to cause the damage done in that fight. For years, that was the official story...that the padding had been removed. It was the documentary that was made about the fight years later where Resto said the stuff about the plaster of paris. Now I do believe him however, when it comes to having stimulants given to him during the fight. Resto's trainer, Panama Lewis, was also working the corner of Aaron Pryor when he defeated Alexis Arguello, in their legendary first fight in the early 80's and there were a couple of times Lewis directed the other cornerman to give Pryor a drink from a bottle other than the regular water bottle. It was investigated, but nothing ever came of it, but in some peoples eyes, it tainted Pryor's win over Arguello.

Edit: sorry for the off topic sperg.

His father goes to shake Resto's hands, and he realises something is up with the glove. Turns out he and his trainer removed an ounce of padding in the glove, making the impact of each punch much harder.
From what I recall they did more than just that, they also plaster casted his wraps. There was an interview done with him and you can see that the piece of shit doesn't care about what he did to the guy, he only cares that he was caught. There's a decent documentary about the fight called Assault in The Ring that HBO did years ago.

This looks like it was an really stupid accidental death, but maybe it was a suicide idk.

No idea what he was trying to do. Possibly climbing down to the balcony below? He definitely has some second thoughts about the whole thing when he starts to fall. I assume this is what happens when you get stuck in a tiny apartment all day.

Yeah it very much looks like he slipped his grip when starting to move, and regretted the hell out of it with the kicking legs in a panic. Dunno how high he was but since he managed to get turned head first to the ground, i'm assuming he's off next year's census.

Also, @Sleazy Car Salesman sez:

Whoops, just searched it up, turned out he survived. Thankfully police set up an air cushion underneath him for him to fall onto. Only 17 years old.

Not to beat a dead horse here, but I cannot see a practical way that could be done. An investigation was conducted after the fight and both Luis Resto and Panama Lewis had their boxing licenses permanently revoked, and I believe one or both did some jail time. But in all of that, nothing was ever said, nor were there any suspicion of, Plaster casts being used as well. If we are strictly talking Plaster of Paris...even if you somehow managed to encase your fists in casts, pounding s dude in the face and body over a long fight, that shit will crumble. Surely, in combination with the padding in the gloves being removed, I don't see how that would not have been noticed by Collins during the fight, or by Collins cornerman/father who when congratulating Resto after the fight noticed the missing padding and starting squeezing the gloves/Resto's hands hard. Collins Sr. surely would have noticed if his hands were wrapped to be like hardened casts...AND when resto had to remove the gloves...no plaster crumbs...anything. And Collins didn't die in the fight about midway thru. Nah, I call BS on that one. not really sure why Resto said that, but he made it up. It was investigated back when the fight happened. And a single "admission" in a documentary made years later, is now taken as absolute fact by those reporting on it subsequently. Either way, it was sad what happened.

I know it's not a video and I apologize, but this is just too fucking funny not to share.

Elephant kills 70-year-old and then returns to trample her corpse at funeral in India

An elephant in eastern India killed a 70-year-old woman and then returned to her funeral to trample her corpse.

The incident occurred in Odisha state on Thursday, police said.

Maya Murmu was at a tube well drawing water in Mayurbhanj district’s Raipal village when the wild elephant appeared out of nowhere.

Authorities said it had strayed from the Dalma wildlife sanctuary, nearly 200km from Mayurbhanj.
After being trampled, Ms Murmu was taken to hospital where she died from her injuries, police officer Lopamudra Nayak was quoted as saying to the Press Trust of India news agency.

Reports said when family members gathered for the funeral and were in the middle of performing last rites, the same elephant appeared, lifted Ms Murmu’s body from the funeral pyre and trampled it again, as shocked mourners looked on.
The family were only able to go ahead with the ceremony after the elephant left. It remains unclear if the animal harmed anyone else present. https://sg.news.yahoo.com/elephant-kills-70-old-then-094129908.html

Now that is one SERIOUS hateboner for an old lady! I seriously have to wonder what the hell she did to that elephant or it's herd earlier in life, because elephants really DO have long memories, and they absolutely have been known to hold grudges for long times.

I did it for the 'Gram!

What's up with the heavy breathing and yelling honestly ? I feel like this is over exaggerated.
Yeah, I agree. The woman whining worriedly in the background is understandable but the guy's weirdly late screaming reaction and heavy breathing after the first guy falls feels strange and forced, especially because he keeps filming with a steady hand. I don't think it actually affected him, I think he's just a psycho lol.
