Prison Letters (6/04/22) - New Chris Jail Letter - Chris Explains Soul Bonding and the Goddess Logs

School shooter arc has been avoided (Probably)

More chance of Chris accidentally shooting him self trying to clean a gun or add some moronic modification so it’d look like an anime/cartoon gun.

He wouldn't shoot his school, highschool was the best time of his life according to him, so much so that he cried at graduation and made a whole villain out of it (count graduon)

PVCC? Maybe

You're all forgetting that we had a 'shooter' arc for Chris that was thankfully short lived and as dumb as you'd expect. It was the video he posted that was nothing but him using the toy Megatron gun to shoot plastic pellets at a picture of Adam Stackhouse, then turning the camera to face him and saying 'that's how angry I am'.

Really, the closer thing to an actual real world 'shooter' incident was Chris using the mace, since that's the only time I think he's ever left the house with clear intention of attacking another person.

He maced the Yellow Shirted Foe because he got jittery and didn’t want to be physically thrown out. I don’t think he left the house thinking “I’m gonna mace a dude hmmyeah.” He was ready if the opportunity arose, but still.

The people that write to Chris are almost as bad as Chris himself. It's kind of fucked to lie to a guy that's in jail (it doesn't matter what for) in that you're going to put money on his books as long as they keep communicating, then never doing it. Seems low. People in jail are already in a low place and vulnerable. I don't know. Seems like a scummy thing to do.

I'd imagine that Chris is correct that he will be released sometime this year. But I don't think it's going to go the way he thinks it will. He'll almost certainly be slapped with a restraining order and banned from being within 500 feet (or more) of his mother unless there is someone to supervise. He won't be able to live with her. He won't be able to use any of her assets (financially), and he won't be able to step foot on any of her properties. That includes 14 Branchland. The jail can't release Chris unless he has a place to stay and it's can't be just some random persons couch. It has to be a stable(ish) place. They care because people that are homeless or have no where to go are at much higher chance to reoffend through desperation alone. So he needs a place to stay and he needs to articulate the plan to the courts. The Judge will specifically ask him about that and he has to answer on his own.

His incorporating Christianity into his fucking gay RP is so tiring. Nigga doesn't realize that it's a big no no to claim yourself as the Son of God. Most Christian religions don't really appreciate that. Retarded or no.

So, him now saying he didn't fuck Barb could be a problem. When you plead guilty to something, you have to admit that you did it. The Judge usually asks "why do you want to plead guilty?" and if the defendant says "I'm only pleading guilty so I can be released. I didn't actually do it", the Judge will not accept the plea and a trial date will be scheduled. Chris has to admit to what he did. And who the fuck is he trying to fool? We all know he did.

Yeah, he went to the psych hospital for competency evaluations. They may not have put him on a Thorazine drip, but I'd guess they had/have him on something. It's a shame it doesn't quell the delusions. But I guess only he can do that. And he simply refuses. Medication can't make him see reality. Only he can. Though, he'll start feeling the effects of reality when he's told that if he tries to go on 14 Branchland property, he'll be arrested unless there is prior authorization for him to be there to collect his garbage and leave.

What a pitiful and irredeemable degenerate.

I can sort of get on board with the idea that had the manager not confronted Chris, it wouldn't have happened, but at the same time I definitely feel like Chris intentionally forced the confrontation knowing full well he was still banned from that store. His mannerisms right before he sprays the guy are clearly of a child making sure the coast is clear before doing something they know very well not to do.

Honestly it's because Chris simply can't handle reality. He likely knows deep down that everything he does is playing pretend, it's all a lie, but it's always been an escapist haven for him instead of coping with his life. Or, moreover, trying to exert any effort into improving it. Life is passing faster for him now - he's fucking 40 after all - and he's already suffered the loss of the replacement MHS which was bronycon (the 'can be a tard in public and nobody says anything' aspect and all). His fantasy may very well be literally the only thing he's living for at the moment to cope with how he may be on the precipice of acknowledging he's lost everything. By his own hand.

I mean, sooner or later, he has to accept the fact that he is architect of his own suffering and demise. You'd think he'd have had that epiphany in jail since there's not a whole lot to do other than reflect upon your life and how you arrived at that destination. It's kind of the perfect opportunity to face the things you've done and what led you to it. But, Christ being Chris, he just has to deny the stark reality even when it's beating him in the fucking face.

His own delusions are going to be the death of him.

Only if Barb wishes it, or if Barb is assigned a guardian who wishes it.

If Barb is still ruled her own person, she would have to be the one to force Chris to stay away. Think of all the domestic violence cases where the offender comes back to live in the home.

The jail can't release Chris unless he has a place to stay and it's can't be just some random persons couch. It has to be a stable(ish) place. He doesn't need to articulate the plan. Since they've almost certainly determined that Chris is mentally ill, the jail is legally required to come up with a plan *for* Chris. Chris does not need to create the plan for himself.

There are two other kinds of pleas beyond guilty and not guilty. There is the no contest plea (nolo contendere), where you don't admit guilt, but admit that you will not win the case. There is also the Alford plea where you actively assert your innocence, but still admit that you will not win the case.

An example of a recent no contest agreement is the Ethan Ralph dissemination of images case. Ethan made a nolo plea as part of his deal.

Chris himself made an Alford plea in the Snyder case.
emable degenerate.

I think the pepper spray was part of Chris trying to have some agency in his life. It made him feel like he still had some power.

Chris is extremely distressed by being banned from what he sees as public places. He'd be okay with being banned from someone's house. The thing is, Chris sees businesses as places where everyone is let in, a right to the citizenry just as much as being able to walk on a public sidewalk.

He doesn't understand that, while there are some reasons you are not allowed to ban someone, the default state is that because it is a private business, the owner has the right to choose not to do business with anyone.

When businesses get away with it, he understands it as a miscarriage of justice. The business owner is doing something illegal, and the local police are just corrupt and ignoring his constitutional right to be in Gamestop. After all, everyone else is allowed in, it's the right of the public to be in Gamestop!

You'd be just as angry as Chris is if your town banned you from being in any truly public area. Chris just does not understand the concept of private property where the public is allowed in.

And to be fair, there is a *slight* truth to how Chris feels, and the government has agreed sometimes. For instance, it's been ruled that a company town cannot ban its citizens from its parks, town square, etc. even though it's private property, because it still effectively functions as public commons.

This is a current hotly debated topic on internet services, where private companies like Twitter have effectively become the commons for discourse.

I mean, sooner or later, he has to accept the fact that he is architect of his own suffering and demise. You'd think he'd have had that epiphany in jail since there's not a whole lot to do other than reflect upon your life and how you arrived at that destination. He won't do that until he is forced to face it to make the pain stop. Unfortunately it's not legal to do what needs to be done. Getting sent to jail is not enough, because it's something Chris can tolerate while indignantly decrying his persecution. He has to suffer greater consequences where he faces unbearable pain unless he accepts his personal responsibility.

If he were in Singapore he would be caned. That might work.

@Pointless Sperg Sorry to tag you like this. Your post is long so I can't directly reply

I guess it depends on the state. Every time I've seen a DV or abuse of a family member case there's a mandatory RO. Regardless of competency. It's not even negotiable. It's just standard. But it may very state by state.

He doesn't need to articulate the plan. Since they've almost certainly determined that Chris is mentally ill, the jail is legally required to come up with a plan *for* Chris. Chris does not need to create the plan for himself.
And they're not going to break their backs for him or expedite anything. Chris has to agree to the plan and promise to follow it. I just cannot see any reasonable person adding his triumphant return to 14 Branchland to live with the woman he sexually assaulted unsupervised. That seems like a bad plan.

From what I understand, Alford pleas or nolo contendere are relatively rare and depending on the offense/Judge it may not even be an option. I mean, I believe no contest (throwing yourself upon the mercy of the court) is always an option, but Alford pleas aren't. I thought you had to work that out as part of a plea arrangement and that plea can be rejected through an objection or motion.

I never understood the point of the Alford plea or nolo contendere in a criminal case. You either did it, or you didn't. Any other option and you open the door to appeals. I guess you can say "I didn't do this, but I don't have enough evidence to refute the evidence against me to mount a competent defense or rebuttal". But that'd mean you're guilty.

I don't know. I don't live in a Commonwealth state. Maybe they do things different in Commonwealths.

I agree. They should mail local black inmates with transcripts of the incest call and Chrises mugshots.

To that end, Chris in his own head is his greatest jailor. He may not even yet realize that regardless of the outcome, he's probably never going to be let back to 14BC or even see his mother ever again. And he's attached to these things so deeply because of Autism and other things that losing them forever will cause him the greatest turmoil. We saw what happened when his own internal logic was violated with the Simonla incident where he played himself and killed one of his characters - he simply shut down entirely. And he was far more stable then than he is now.

Chris specifically armed himself with mace because he knew his vandalism was wrong and that there was a strong likelihood of him getting confronted. Remember, Chris said waving around the pepper spray made him feel like a "badass". And lets not forget, not even a week after the Blarms attack, Chris was in Wal-Mart doing the same stuff and when confronted immediately tried to deploy his pepper spray, with the employees yelling that he was going to pull it out.

All this was on the tails of Chris threatening to assault people because of the arm color change.
Bring to me, in person, the ones called Omar Woodley and Stephen Frost, So I can tell to their faces of my Plights and Troubles I Went and Had to Go Through, Because of the Sensory Overloading Horrific Arm Colour Change that should NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. And then, let me Kick and Beat Them Up upon further refusal to change the arm Colour back to tan in Everything Sonic Boom!
Damn and F*** Olmar Woodley and Stephen Frost!!!
The "well Chris was just frightened and a tard and that's why he did it", eh, to a point, but you have to remember, Chris was ready to use it. He didn't get scared, have someone screaming at him, fumble with the spray and do it. He had it ready to go, and ready to act on his various threats of bodily harm.

That’s a bit of a stretch.

Fuck Chris. He doesn’t need money, the jail provides everything he needs.

He knows that the same way he knows incest is wrong. He just doesn’t care. Great Director Chandler is sPeCiAl.

His mannerisms right before he sprays the guy are clearly of a child making sure the coast is clear before doing something they know very well not to do.
I disagree.

OK, I do agree with this.

Does he? He could die before accepting it. I doubt Barb accepts she’s the architect of her suffering even as we speak, for example.

My point is if someone says they're going to do something, they should do it. They shouldn't use money as a way to dangle a carrot in front of someone so they do what they want. That's kind of fucked up.

It's a generality. I think guys who are in there on, say, drug offenses. It's kind of fucked to say "let me put money on your books" then turn around and laugh because they totally trolled the fuck out some poor son of a bitch that is already isolated, alone, vulnerable, and scared. I don't think everyone in jail should be there. I also don't think some offences are beyond rehabilitation. I think most (not all) people deserve some level of compassion and sympathy. People that rape kids or whatever, no.

It's already a shitty place to be and normally when someone sees the inside of a cell, they're at their absolute lowest. It seems kind of psychotic to troll them further. They're already suffering. Don't make it worse by saying you'll do them a kindness and then don't because you want to milk them further (I'm not even talking about Chris specifically, just in general. Most people aren't like Chris. Not even people that are locked up).

Why are you trying to sweep Chris with some potential people who don't deserve getting cheated because "they didndu noffin", when Chris is obviously guilty? Who gives a fuck? We are not talking about "some people", we are talking about Chris. It doesn't matter if he is scared or vulnerable, he should've thought about it before he stuck his dick in his mother. It's almost like you are desperate to whiteknight for him in some way, which is hilarious because you defended Ralph getting his shit kicked in.

we are talking about Chris. It doesn't matter if he is scared or vulnerable, he should've thought about it before he stuck his dick in his mother.
Chris never really thinks before he acts. He always does things because even though he doesn't think right, Chris is somewhat aware that he can use his 'tism as a shield (it was what Rob Bell used as Chris' defense during the Snyder trial). An example would be his Julay rescue in Ohio. Chris didn't really stop to think "I'm being trolled again" and just went with his trip. Luckily for him, Chris came back safe.

Whenever it comes to what Chris wants, he never thinks about the consequences, because consequences never applied to him, thanks to the parenting of Borb.

Calling Null Judas implies that Chris wishes him to be hanged on the tree. So far, no letter reply about considering to forgive Null since he's Jesus.

Because he believes he will return to his temple, I wish someone records his journey from stepping out of jail to his another arrest for trespassing and/or harrassment after arriving 14BC.

Wouldn’t someone like Heilberg or a court appointed social worker be there to assist him on release?
I know that it probably is not standard practice, but Chris is not a standard case.

I am sure anyone involved in this situation knows he is capable of just going straight back, even if told not to.

I just hope it's not the Gunt, his annoying screams ruined the first arrest footage.

But yeah, the Judas/Null thing is pretty shitty considering he was, by far, the only one who was willing to go the extra mile for Chris.
