We have at least one example to follow in Colt Seidman, over in the Rat King forum. She had a complicated recovery with inflammation and infection that sent her back to the hospital, but it's hard to tell how much of that was directly obesity-related and how much was Colt living in filth and neglecting her aftercare. She also put enough weight on after the surgery that she more or less had woman-sized tits again.

It's definitely one of her better outcomes but the scars are still huge and wonky, they meet so close in the middle and wrap so far around.

Yes, because aside from the rest of their entire body typically looking unmistakably female, male chests have fat on them! Especially with the fat TiFs. Male chests don't look like liposuctioned scooped-out ultra-flattened surgical sites. Same with women who wear binders. That's not what a male chest looks like.

Ella/Lex is three years older and she's only about 18 now so he must be 15.
This woman is an elected official.
And it doesn't look like poor Lex has seen much improvement since her yeet, she censors her self-harm scars with emojis and she's censoring some new areas in the more recent photos.
