How can a woman prioritize her looks during labor over the safety of her child? She actually had her vagina waxed?!? For what? so she would have a bare pussy in the labor pics?1? Luna was doomed from the start. Her mindset has always been about her and is about her until this day. She keeps Luna alive like some messed up experiment for her own satisfaction, narc supply, whatever the case may be.

To be fair I would avoid touching Luna’s head as much as possible. But this is the woman who used to record a chiropractor grabbing and roughly handling her massive soft spot so there's no excuse for the hypocrisy. Though for what it's worth the cradle cap is the least of Luna's problems.
