Yes I’ve been thinking the same. Man assholes are deep and concave like they’re in a funnel between the asscheeks. Also before this thread I didn’t realize how different male and female pubes are. Not just the bush shape but the growth pattern. I suppose bush shape is a function of growth pattern but still it is very pronounced difference. YWNBAW or even look like one.

I have a copy of the Atlas of Human Anatomy by Frank Netter (beautiful anatomy illustrations) and it shows the differences between the sexes beyond the obvious. Connective tissue, muscle development, nerve growth, different glands that you've never heard of, blood flow to certain areas, etc. The bacteria profile of a penis and a vagina is different, male and female gut bacteria is different....

I would consider myself a man of science and even I am convinced that its impossible to change genders. Therapy about accepting yourself would be more sensible than ever considering this butchery.

I also have a copy of Netter's amazing anatomy book, and it does indeed show so many of the noticeable and interesting differences between males and females - it should be a required text for high school biology. As a former healthcare professional, it blows my mind how little people actually know about their bodies, even intelligent, well-educated people. I was constantly correcting patients' crazy ideas and myths about the body and its needs and processes, based on wildly inaccurate understandings of human biology. This whole thread might not exist if education was better...

I don't work in healthcare, so correct me if I'm wrong: I imagine that these little writen jokes are usually reserved to the patients with bad behavior, since you can't openly mistreat them back. And joking about someone in a bad state is pretty disrespectful.

I do feel bad for the guy, yet, I would tell all of you to read it.
If you don't that's okay, I'll say it.
Not once did this individual take responsibility for any of this.
It was everyone's fault for not informing them.

I would agree that in this situation, it's intended to be a joke, but anyone who takes their career, license and reputation seriously would not do this. I'm assuming someone with the balls to do this is a senior physician who is generally indispensable to the clinic or hospital, who would just get a verbal warning if it was discovered. Any junior professional would never, as it's a fireable offense, worthy of ethics complaints, found easily on EHR audits, etc.
