I know troons who were using it in long before Tumblr was a thing"Genocide" is the most recent word that they're gradually destroying the meaning of. Whenever a troon cries "genocide" it really means "the state doesn't want minors going through experimental hormone therapy" or "the state doesn't want to use tax payer money to fund our medical privileges".
Words like "TERF", "Fascist", and "Genocide" have virtually no meaning when they come from a troon like Labelle.
"Trans people must go through sterilizing hormones and surgeries to get basic right (legal documents updated).
Sterilization of a category of population is among the definition of genocide.
Sterilization of a category of population based on medical reasons is eugenics."
Gender Apartheid:

Gender apartheid reigns supreme and the state directly directs the discrimination induced by this apartheid, forcing a certain number of people labeled trans' to undergo what normalizing usage calls "transition" with its share of hormone therapies and of surgeries.

GENDER APARTHEID
What is this apartheid?
Its definition is simple, it is just the simple consequence of the political diktat that “sex makes gender”: a penis and you are a man, a vagina and you are a woman.
This diktat engenders the artificial difference, politically maintained and considered fundamental (natural?) and unalterable, between men and women. Just as racist apartheid, which is also political, wants/wanted a difference considered to be fundamental (natural?) and unalterable between whites and colored people (“White only” and “colored only”!).
This gender apartheid, like racist apartheid, is built on essentialist foundations and furthermore, in the case of gender apartheid, on patriarchy.
This non-recognition of gender identity through gender apartheid suits political and religious forces, ensuring their grip on power.
To understand the importance of the discriminations linked to this gender apartheid, it is fundamental to grasp the meaning of gender identity.
Gender identity is clearly defined for the first time in the Yogyakarta Principles. These Principles, written in 2006 by jurists and people fighting for human rights, should be read by anyone claiming to be fighting for this equality.
