I'm not knowledgeable about Irish Law, like at all, but UK law doesn't allow for drawings of children - although it falls under a slightly different section.

According to this Irish Legislation site, Child Pornography constitutes "Any visual representation" that depicts children sexual acts. It doesn't not specify that it be a real child, I would interpret that this means it could be drawn. Therefore, I think Greame is actively talking about being in possession of CP by Irish standards.

It also states the following:
"any visual or audio representation that advocates, encourages or counsels any sexual activity with children which is an offence under any enactment"

To me, that means any advocacy for child sexual exploitation is illegal (which is fucking based) and many of his videos fall under that. Although, again no expert in the law in my own country never mind another so could be misinterpreted.

I'm aware. I mentioned the same thing twice in this thread. That's why they could have done him for the pics on his phone since I assume it was mostly cartoon CP.

Too bad at least Chrispy's videos have been archived here. It's a hollow victory, Graeme. It's only a matter of time before someone a little bit more competent and/or really good at hiding their powerlevel makes a video on him.

The fella who runs noncepocalypse is just an observer.

If anything, I'd rather be caught in the UK - having some Irish Mammy screeching at you for being a paedophile is apparently the 8th circle of hell that Dante had to leave out because he couldn't stomach to put it to paper.

Although he best be happy he doesn't live in the North, one nonce got asked to leave the area by some local paramilitaries and when he didn't they kneecapped him.

I wonder will he let "nonce.tv" or one of the groups they promote know about Graeme? I see one group had a recent sting in Northern Ireland. Nothing stopping them from going south of the border.

Dwarf Nonce is a good one, my personal favourite is Bald Nonce.
Goblin Nonce gets an honourable mention. They found him a second time and he had piss stained joggers on.
As does Another Nonce Bites the Dust, and the ever offending Mark Feely. Catch 1, 2, 3, beaten up. And again.

I think some of the new American stings are better than some of the older shit you see from across the pond - those spergs who caught EDP445 come to mind - but British Chavs, and the fact they can legally just hold them in place waiting for the police combined with low quality cameras just adds to the Kino.
