Tess has nuclear credit score too and an IRS lien(s). Rylee will likely qualify for many income-related grants since I bet Tubbers reports very low levels of income.

No joke, I've seen more than one parent hold the FAFSA over their child's head either as a "Do X or I won't fill this out for you" or "I filled that out, that's why you were able to go to college. I got you that scholarship/grant/whatever." I wouldn't be surprised if she does the same thing.

When she mentioned having thinning hair a while back, I assumed that was code for, "I can no longer afford extensions," but by now it obviously means, "My hormones are fucked and I'm going to look like Chantal in 10 years (if I live that long)."
