How is that a "joke"? The doctor just documented massive blood loss from veins (which?) and remind the colleague to recheck the hemoglobin level (and clotting pathway?) in 2 hours.

Randos on Twitter wonder about blood transfusion, but perioperative transfusion is discouraged for a variety of reasons, and I think the butcher was right to monitor hemoglobin and clotting profile and watch out for bleeding.

Apparently the surgeon's name is Dr. Whitehead. Never heard of this particular dick butcher before, but as bad as this looks, I've seen results by "reputable" GRS surgeons that are on par with this, or worse.

I don't work in healthcare, so correct me if I'm wrong: I imagine that these little writen jokes are usually reserved to the patients with bad behavior, since you can't openly mistreat them back. And joking about someone in a bad state is pretty disrespectful.

According to people on this thread it wasn’t even meant to be a joke, the tranny just assumed it was a joke made in poor taste. We can’t read the doctor’s mind nor can we ask him whether it was a joke or not so it’s up to reader discretion I guess.

But basically the doctor’s note said to “call me” if the patient (the person making these tweets) started to lose more blood, because this would be a big deal and the doctor would need to come back and operate on the patient again. That’s my understanding anyway.

He knows perfectly well that any troon who tries to talk about poor outcomes of surgery gets dogpiled and silenced by the community. And let’s face it no troon evangelist wants better informed patients, because if patients were told the truth about the catastrophic effects of puberty blockers, supraphysiological hormones and crotch butchery, there’d be no fucker who’d ever do it, apart from the totally fucking crazy, who in a properly regulated system would be deemed incapable of consent anyway.

The troon is an idiot. It is evidently not a joke as everyone has always pointed out. If he starts bleeding, the ward are to contact the doctor. Simple.

But here's my assumption of what I think the troon thinks it meant. Sometimes after hearing something particularly disgusting or unattractive, somebody will ironically reply "call me" (to ask me on a date). It highlights that the previous statement was particularly gross. I think what happened here, is the troon being in a perpetual state of victimhood decided to completely take the sentence out of context even though the statement wasn't even aimed at him as the patient.

Frankly, I stared at the notes for far too long trying to work out what the fuck he was talking about. It's safe to say he's just looking to feel like a victim here.

Which extends to the rest of his personality, which is why I have very little sympathy for him. Imo the reason you don't see a lot of sane, stable detransitioners is that whatever deeper issue made a person troon out has not been resolved.
And if it has, then a now-healthy detransitioned person is likely going to avoid gender bullshit, since talking about detransition brings attention from outraged lunatics and people who want to love-bomb and exploit them. (I know, I know, they should speak out more, but I get it.)
