VP is a waste; that's the most useless position in the US government.
Not if it's a Democrat government.

The Democratic Party has in modern history used the office of Vice Presidency as a place to park their best leadership material so they can get some experience in the White House before getting promoted to President. Just look at the recent list of Democratic Vice Presidents:
  • Joe Biden (2008-2016, ran and won in 2020)
  • Al Gore (1992-2000, ran and lost in 2000)
  • Walter Mondale (1976-1980, ran and lost in 1984)
  • Hubert Humphrey (1964-1968, ran and lost in 1968 )
  • Lyndon B. Johnson (1960-1964, ran and won in 1964)
For the past 60 years every Democrat who managed to make Vice President has been tapped as a Presidential candidate. This also lends credence to the presumption that the DNC looked at Kamala Harris and thought she was future President material - which is hilarious.

The 10th amendment at least comes up occasionally, how often do 3rd amendment issues get raised?

Even less often than you might think! (I know that was a shitpost, I just don't care. :heart-full: ) There was an attempt in 2013 to argue it could apply to police, as well as uniformed military, but it failed.

"Since its ratification, the Third Amendment has rarely been litigated, and no Supreme Court case has relied on the Third Amendment as the basis for a decision. As such, the Third Amendment has not been found to apply to the state—a principle known as the incorporation doctrine. Before the 1920s, the Bill of Rights was considered to only apply to the federal government, not actions by state governments. However, in the 1920s, the federal judiciary began to interpret the Fourteenth Amendment as preventing individual states from violating federally protected rights.[7] Under the incorporation doctrine, Supreme Court cases found that individual amendments applied to the states. The few times the Supreme Court has cited the Third Amendment in decisions, it was in consideration of general constitutional principles—particularly privacy rights. Chief among them is the decision in Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) which articulated a constitutionally protected right to privacy. Griswold found this right in multiple amendments, but included the Third Amendment among its examples of rights which imply overarching privacy right. [8] However the Supreme Court has not taken up the question of whether the Third Amendment is incorporated. Because the National Guard is a state-run militia, if the Third Amendment were not incorporated, then its protections would not apply to quartering of state-controlled National Guard troops.[9][10]"

Source.

Saudi Arabia should deny pumping more oil and explicitly say this is why, and do it after they make Biden beg like a dog next month. DC really is a shithole.
Absolute fucking :lunacy: .

Look, the Kingdom is a medieval autocracy that thinks human rights are really just suggestions, but simple fucking realpolitik demands that we play nice with them.

It's astounding that our international influence might finally collapse not because of economic downturn or military defeat, but because we insisted on worthless fucking virtue signaling.

Not a bad idea in theory. It's just that their picks don't have it in them to be the President for whatever reason.

To be fair, she hates blacks, abuses her authority, and apparently gives amazing head. To the Democrats, that's all they need in a female politician.

I think it’s a good cherry on the shit sundae that has been the Biden Administration

You should be doing that anyway. Taxation is theft.
Please pay your taxes so you don't go to jail.
Is taxation is theft really such a communist ideology when America was built on it? I'm just saying. No taxation without representation... And Im feeling pretty underrepresented lately.

This is where you walk away if you aren't a GOPe faggot.
Unfortunately the Supreme Court ruled in 1987 with the national drinking age law that this kind of thing is kosher. Depending on the amount of funds the federal government withholds. If it's a small amount, it isn't coercive, and thus is okay. If it's a large amount, that would be coercive and thus unconstitutional under the standard the Court set

Seems dumb, gives GOP Senators who it is said would support a bill an excuse to back out. Democrats always do this they can't resist going that one step that takes things too far to get the Republican support they need

It's actually Anarcho capitalism, not communism, and I'm feeling a bit McNukie lately. In Fallout: New Vegas.
