We got movement! There was a scheduling hearing on the 26th. All parties need to get their discovery planning schedule in by the 9th. Judge wants discovery done by July 26th and all dispositive motions in by August 26

Read- 4pages of Rocco's SEC complaint 02/2021

SEC thought Rocco's complaint was bullshit. 15 months of never hearing from them means they saw nothing criminal. SEC takes 2-4 yr when they do investigate, but they say on their website that if you dont hear from them like within 4-6 months, it means they are not investigating. Rocco typed 17 pages of schizo shit. All this bullshit because Tim's brother turned out to be more of a retard than Tim.

Tims bro did have some stupid ass named websites not related to the new business, but because Tim used the Subverse domain Rocco is trying to say that shared hosting is a botnet and that Tim's viewership is fake and that they paid for clicks.
Rocco also says they have weapons in walls, run a thc-cbd biz, run a weapons running biz, bought 30k rounds of ammo for J/6, belong to the Maoist party, are fbi informers, makes fake Id's, Tim's Dad is not his Dad, but some old dude who a political science/engineer who was involved with the CIA,. On J/6 Rocco started posting all these claims on Subverse website, Twitter & YouTube. Hence the reason Tim fired them. Rocco went off, Tim found the malware on the servers...
It is alleged by Tim in those txts in the above thread that Tims server was infected with malware after Rocco & Emily had access to it.
Rocco & Emily just did a live stream, and for peeps that have so much shit to say, they made no direct accusation towards Tim on it. They are full of shit.

* edit to say that I was informed that Rocco & Emily really did have gang stalkers show up at their home. Thats fucked up, so when he talks about gang stalking, he is referring to that.

The only bit that is not retarded is the ammo bit, but only because Tim is constantly buying ammo. Nothing to do with Jan 6th.

Yeah, it is not uncommon for peeps who go practice shooting to buy enough in these times. ammo sells out quick.
Also, I edited my post, not sure if you saw I added a link to the first Rocco & Emily's 1st appearance on a live stream.
This chick worked with Tim 5 yrs and has turned against everything she once stood for.
