I hate to be kind to Ralph but some of you guys write totally retarded stuff.

If Ralph is going to be blocked entry to the UK it will be at the airport in the US to avoid being responsible for bringing him back from the UK at their cost.
Scanning his passport in the UK will not magically bring up his criminal record unless he's someone that is known to authorities for serious crimes or on the naughty list.
However, if that was the case he should have been blocked from boarding the plane in the US.

Ralph did 12 months right? If the US side that can do a background check doesn't stop him then it's unlikely the UK side will even see anything for 12 months as it's right on the border of what is considered for denying entry.

The Ralph getting beaten and stabbed to death in the UK arc is very possible.
Ralph spent 8 months in county jail if I recall correctly.

I agree with you in this instance but there is precedent for the type of thing people are talking about. DUI is a felony in Canada even if it isn’t always in the US and you absolutely can get stopped at the airport and sent back if you try to get into Canada with a DUI on your record.

The laws that matter are the ones of the country you’re trying to enter, not the one you’re leaving.

$100k could have easily been a house down payment in a safe (and White) neighbourhood, where he pays low mortgage monthly instead of being the Democrat landlord's little cuck piggy bank.
But no, he got beat up by Dan, that must mean it was somehow Warski's fault. Absolute pussy, not a titbit of fatherhood exists in his spiteful gelatinous lard sphere.
No way on Earth does Ralph have the credit for anything less than a 40 year VAR at 7%-17% which would then be packaged and sold in a set of other high default risk mortgages to the scummiest people in the financial sector. As far as the fight goes do not forget that Ethan 'nigger faggot' Ralph flipped out on Corrine for calling him a nigger in his truck in DC. Funny how one month he was getting upset at Corrine for saying nigger and then all of a sudden it's "I can't censor myself, nigger faggot is a core part of America First".

The wet brain is really getting to him if he can't keep consistent for 30 days.
Ethan Ralph Bitch Ass Nigger.gif

This is not how someone who says nigger faggot every day reacts when someone else says nigger.

Idk what you’ve heard but if you get refused at the UK border they don’t politely pay your airfare home - that’s your problem.

I guess if you want to be stupid and turn a “denied entry” into an official deportation (and automatic ban from ever coming back) and be forced onto a plane the UK govt will end up paying to get you the fuck out of the airport but they will pursue you for the cost afterwards. I guess since Gunt didn’t pay his student loans he wouldn’t care about another collection agency hounding him for his return airfare.

People get turned away at custom’s point of entry all the time, if everything was squared away before you left they wouldn’t need to hassle you at customs upon entry. It happens more often for travelers that don’t have to apply for a tourist visa ahead of time, which is the case for Americans traveling to the UK. When you have to apply for a visa ahead of time then it’s fairly rare to run into problems at customs because the paperwork has already been squared away. But any American with a valid passport can just hop on an international flight to London and only get inspected by customs at the port of entry, and that’s where the problems can arise. Ralph should go to the UK consulate in DC to see if he will be permitted entry or face any issues at Heathrow before he buys his ticket.

That's not really the point I was making. When you check in at the airline at the departure point they check if you are likely to be denied entry to the destination based on the rules for entry at the destination. I can imagine the US side can run a quick background check on passengers and would be able to see Ralph's record. The UK side (airline and border staff) can probably only do a background check with the US if there is good reason. Apparently the UK doesn't do the disembarkation card thing so there isn't even the chance for Ralph to tell the UK border staff that he is a felon unless he applies for a visa. Also it looks like the UK only cares about <1 year prison sentences if they were under 5 years ago. Ralph went to prison in 2016 I think?

The only situation I can see Ralph getting turned back at the border is if the border staff ask questions about what he plans to do in the UK and Ralph being a low IQ moron gets pissy and ends up in a little room for an interview.

That’s good advice so we can rest assured he won’t take it. 🌈 for deportation arc. Maybe Dan and Cog can meet him at the airport and beat him up before he gets deported.

Nah, all this is futility.
Ralph will not go.
1. He's broke.
2. He's scared of Dan and Warski.
3. He's a pussy, all hollerin no materialisation.
Would be a shame if I'm proven wrong but I'm confident. The UK are big fans.

JFC, the UK government wouldn't be paying. Your airline are responsible for shipping you back if you are denied entry at the destination. Hence it's in their interest to check you aren't very likely to be denied entry. If you don't believe it google it: https://travel.stackexchange.com/a/100806

This is the type of stupid hyperbole that gives Ralph wins. No one said the UK was going to deport him. If he gets denied entry he never entered the UK and it's up to whoever shipped him to the airport to sort it out. Deportation would require ralph to have been admitted entry to the UK. If he is denied entry and refuses to go home Tom Hanks style then the UK would have to issue him temporary entry for the purposes of removal.

But any American with a valid passport can just hop on an international flight to London and only get inspected by customs at the port of entry,

Customs is after immigration. If you get to customs then you have been granted entry already. If you get to customs and they find something they don't like then they can arrest you and deport you.

Do you guys even have a passport or did you just watch a video of one on youtube?

Not paying student loans only fucks over zog bankers and globohomo indoctrination camps, it's the one thing he's done that's genuinely based.

Is there anyone ITT who has both been convicted of a minor felony and travelled to the UK/been denied entry? Like I know one of you degenerates got caught selling pot in high school or caught a DUI in your 20's

They don’t scan your passport to leave the country the same way they scan it to enter a country. The fact that the UK may not let you in won’t be flagged until you have to go through immigration.

My buddy had an open warrant he wasn’t aware of, left the country just fine and only got tagged coming back and it was a whole thing.

Regardless, Ralph would be fine if he wanted to go and he’s not gonna go anyway cuz he’s a faggot,

Actually, they usually just add fees to the return ticket you should already have, my point was Ralph doesn’t get a free ride home if he’s denied entry.

When I said if you want to be a dumbass and not accept “denied entry” - which you can do by trying to claim asylum, getting violent, throwing a wild tantrum, etc…then they will just take your ass to a detention center, process you and then days or weeks later will be deported and barred from ever returning.

The favorite method in the US when someone is refused entry is to make up some bullshit asylum claim to buy time. They take your ass to detention until you get a credible fear interview - then they deport you and ban you from ever returning.

Interesting that the immigration org in the UK have this to say about non-visa required travelers from the USA and Australia.

“Although this means that visits to the UK are much more straightforward for many citizens, the UK border could still be a difficult hurdle if immigration officials doubt your intentions during your stay.

Ralph could strike any immigration official as a shady character that might be coming to the UK because he heard how good life on the dole is in Britnong.

Not me, but this might be relevant. A decade ago I knew someone traveling from Australia to Canada and were worried because they had a DUI in Australia four years ago and that apparently meant they would be denied entry into Leafland. What they realized is they expected the traveler to self-report the DUI because back then they didn’t really have a good way to check for such minor infractions. But he still decided it wasn’t worth the risk.

That's a different situation again: Your buddy left, entered somewhere else and got busted coming back because whatever crappy 1980s IBM mainframe that runs your immigration system noticed he left the country days after the fact and flagged his passport.

Maybe but that isn't the point. People are saying Ralph can't go to the UK. I think even Null said it on MATI.
I'm not an immigration lawyer but I really don't see why not. The rules on the UK governments pages don't seem to bar him.

I doubt a DUI or something would matter at entry time. It would be more of an issue if you got into trouble in the country as failing to declare something you are required to would mean you entered the country illegally.

If you've ever been through Heathrow you know it looks like most of the terrorist generating nations of the world are having a conference in the departure area. Being from the US and looking like a senior citizen will probably mean that Ralph gets a single look from the border officer and then waved through. They have people with hooks for hands to deal with so no time to quiz a fat old white guy on which of the premium burger outlets he intends to visit to make sure he's legit.

The UK is the official sponsor of Kiwi Farms. Ralph the scared faggot wouldn't dare step foot on Her Majesty's consecrated land. The last time he came anywhere near the heart of the greatest empire in world history, the MI6 deployed special agent Dan the Man to the field and left Ethan bleeding in the streets of Lisbon.

Fat, broke, convicted sex offenders have no place in Britannia.
