If Trump ever comes back to office, I'd hope on the first day Trump comes back he'd whisper to Biden's ear and say "I'll treat your people the same way you treated mine" and walks off giving Biden the flipped bird on both hands.

I hope he completely ghosts him. Doesn't do the handover of power and the photo ops like they traditionally do. Then, day one, he fires everyone in the whitehouse staff (he didn't last time, at the Turtle's suggestion) and as many people in the government as he can. Then he should aim to get the ability to fire more of them.

Imagine the fucking salt if he just refuses to play nice with Biden. "SORE WINNER TWO SCOOPS REEEE!"

I do still hope he nominates a special prosecutor to go after Russiagate, Election Rigging in 2020, and Epstein's clients. That would be quite hilarious, although with Durham is any indication whelp, the swamp will examine the evidence and find that the swamp committed no wrongdoing.

Again, gonna reiterate that any apparent heel-turn on CNN’s part is likely due to their new management, whose mission statement is basically to turn CNN into a middle-of-the-road network that reports the facts first and foremost. It’s not so much that their handlers have changed their minds and are giving new orders, but rather that it’s someone else at the reins giving their own orders which suit an agenda counter to the previous administration’s.

I won't believe that anything has actually changed there until they toss Stelter and Lemon out on their asses while also leaking the contents of their work email accounts.

The destruction of the US dollar is planned not accidental. There will be a replacement (Yes XRP Bros, you were right, except no XRP isn't part of it), and those in power already will have their wealth assured in the new system. The people, small businesses, and mid to low level countries will be holding the bags on a massive rug pool, where your money will be maliciously made worthless, you will be beholden to your corporate and government superiors for Dollar 2.0. You will not be able to transact privately, the government will always know exactly how much money you have, and should there be a need to decrease the money pool, it will simply be deleted from everyone digital wallet. And no, you won't be allowed to check the Blockchain and make sure the decrease is even across the board.

I've been giving my retired parents 500 bucks a month since 2020. They're still struggling, social security never got adjusted in any meaningful way to account for cost of living or inflation. It will only get worse sadly.

I'm fully preparing to do the asian thing of having my parents move in with me as they get older. Part of it is not trusting any at-home care that won't just be a deadbeat swiping on the phone in an emergency or taking photos of things for their baby daddy to come steal. It's just a matter of selling their home to pay for renovating my own to accommodate or keeping it as a rental.

I'm unsure why this is such a stigma for Americans (Europeans seems less hostile to the idea). Isn't it a good thing that you can keep a close eye on your parents?
