That's not the base of the penis, silly, that's the feminine clitoris experiencing euphoria! Removing the penis simply exposes the clitoris that was hidden all along and allows it to feel sensations. It's perfectly normal for a trans woman to find it similar to a penile erection, but please be assured that it's exactly the same sensation as a cis woman feels in her clitoris.
Friendly reminder to Tony - don't forget to dilate today!
Anyone else find it curious that Anthony hasn't posted much about pride? He was SO looking forward to scissoring fellow lesbians and dancing like nobody was watching, but all we got were a few selfies of him and his fellow ogresses.
If he tried scissoring with that decaying hatchet job between his legs the result would be not unlike dragging a block of corned beef along a brick wall.
I just stopped by to put that image in your heads; you may now carry on about your business.
This time on Horrible History with Terrible Tony, we're transing the dead and erasing women! (Twitter, archive; TikTok, archive)
Unfortunately this is a well-trodden path when it comes to Jennie Hodgers / Albert Cashier. This Feminist Current article (archive) by Julia Diana Robertson is excellent. This sentence in particular could have been written about Tony:
Julia Diana Robertson said:
instead of celebrating the accomplishments and courage of a woman forced to fight sexist limitations under patriarchy, he bolsters a current narrative [of gender identity politics], taking away one of the few pages women have in history books.
Several hundred women disguised themselves as men to fight in the American civil war, and this Washington Post article about them (archive) is very interesting. This phenomenon wasn't confined to the American civil war either, with Deborah Sampson (archive) fighting for the American revolution.
Before the war, Jennie "had been living as a man … to get a fairer factory wage" (Washington Post). Her life afterwards is addressed directly in this NPR article (archive), which quotes DeAnne Blanton who, with co-author Lauren Cook, wrote They Fought Like Demons: Women Soldiers in the American Civil War.
DeAnne Blanton said:
A private in the Union Army made $13 a month, which was easily double what a woman would make as a laundress or a seamstress or even a maid.
Jennie couldn't read or write, so "at the end of the war … if she continued as Albert Cashier, it was more likely she would find work, keep the friends she had made during the war and be part of a respected community of Civil War veterans." (NPR)
DeAnne Blanton said:
She can have a bank account. She can vote in elections — and she did, by the way. Or, if she goes back and puts on a dress and tells everyone that she's Jennie, she has just lost her entire life.
Hodgers could not read or write, and the jobs available for an illiterate woman would have sunk her into poverty, or even prostitution. But as a man, she could get by as she had in the Army, working steadily and honestly, and she made an adequate – if hardly affluent – living as a handyman, a farm laborer and a janitor, turning her work-worn hands to whatever came her way, supplementing her income with a veteran’s pension.
In the town where Hodgers finally settled as Cashier, people wondered why “Albert” never married, but no one really thought it was strange for a man to live alone. No one questioned a single man’s right to make a living. A woman doing the same thing would have been labeled a spinster, and likely subjected to a terrible fate — ostracized, punished, and living in poverty.
Worse than that, even, women who rejected heterosexuality and marriage were often subjected to barbaric “remedies” such as “the application of cocaine solutions, saline cathartics, the surgical ‘liberation’ of adherent clitorises, or even the administration of strychnine by hypodermic.”

Imagine how many trans people's lives could have been saved had these gender affirming care methods not been lost to history when the Nazis burned down a single building.
There's a lot who go quiet right after surgery or didn't have cow traits that we don't cover. There's a lot of fucking obnoxious troons, but they hide the real people who aren't cows but lost in a cult or fetish. I wish the best to them even though I laugh at Kevin and Yanniv.
Reading this made me remember the MtF documented a few months ago in the SRS thread who posted on Reddit about having doubts about getting surgery, was egged on and encouraged by other MtFs, underwent the surgery, immediately developed a fistula that caused feces to ooze from his neovagina, and ended up in terrified and regretful in hospital (presumably) waiting for a colostomy bag. I just went back to check and his entire Reddit account has been deleted: https://www.reddit.com/user/i_am_xs/
He won't show up on any statistics. Who knows if he's even alive? And all the people who egged him on to get the surgery, do they give a shit or worry about him now? Not at all! No one will miss him, there's always new waves of "cracked eggs" coming into the surgery subs and the hugboxes are still booming, so who cares who gets cast off along the way? People like u/i_am_xs are externalized onto the medical system and family members who get to care for the complications from their leaking axe-wounds, and Tony gives not a shit. Nothing's gonna harsh the vibe of his TikTok brand!

You can qualify these: i_am_xs should have known better, she should have read more, she should have not gone through with her friends instead of her heart, she should have picked a better surgeon....
But the reality is that it happened aqnd you can't lessen i_am_xs pain away or cover up her story and hundreds of others forever, Anthony Erin Reed. There's so many trans women terrified of sharing complications because people might be mean to them over it, because no one wants to hear how bad surgery can go. They all have to either lie and sweeten the pill, or they have to remain silent.
Like you, Erin Reed. ErinInTheNight is lucky it has some sympathy, but god you must be terrified to share a reality where you had bad things happen to you. Embracing the highs and struggles of your relationship with being a trans woman is important. But you'll live in denial and instead of prepare another trans woman for the trials she might face and provide a relatable voice, you hide it like a fucking coward.
Thanks, Erin Reed, leader and high voice for trans women. Thanks for being a shit parent and not preparing your kids for heartbreak.
The post below got long, and is more serious sperging than milking Tony for lols. But FUCK ME I joined Kiwi Farms to blow off some steam by laughing at trannies. I did not expect to write several hundred words pointing out that people like Tony are doing actual harm to trans-identified people by pretending everything is OK and fine and safe and will make you happy and you will live your best life. It is so fucking grim.
Tony's going for it today (Twitter, archive), complaining that state governments are, er, trying to ensure that healthcare for trans-identified people is safe? (Obviously, hailing from deepest red Soviet Yurp, this strikes me as… normal? expected?)
Perhaps it was naive of me to think that Tony, as he is the most up-to-date on this thread (50 minutes of dilation three times a day!), would ponder the implications of him being wrong about Lisa Littman's paper ("a hoax") before leaping into action again.
Pretty strong statements there, about "pseudoscience researchers", "junk science" and "quack doctors"! Let me focus on evidence reviews for cross-sex hormone therapy, as there are comparators.
First, we have Florida's "junk science" put together by "pseudoscience researchers". Who were these pseuds? My summaries from the Florida evidence review (archive):
Dr. Romina Brignardello-Petersen: Assistant Professor at the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact, at McMaster University. DDS degree, MSc degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research, MSc in Biostatistics, PhD in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Care Research. Dr. Brignardello-Petersen has worked in evidence synthesis projects since 2010, and her research has focused on the methodology for the development of Systematic Reviews and Clinical Practice Guidelines since 2012.
Dr. Wojtek Wiercioch: Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact, at McMaster University. MSc degree and PhD in Health Research Methodology. Dr. Wiercioch has worked in evidence syntheses projects since 2011, and his research focuses on evidence synthesis, guideline development methodology, and the guideline development process.
Both PhDs in health research, what quacks! Only 23 years of evidence review experience between them. Charlatans. They both state that they have no prior involvement in transgender health either professionally or personally.
What did these bozos find in their evidence review? My summary of section 4.2:
For almost all outcomes … there is no evidence about the effect of cross sex hormones compared to not using cross sex hormones.
It is unknown whether people with gender dysphoria who use cross-sex hormones experience more improvement in gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, quality of life, and suicidality than those with gender dysphoria who do not use cross-sex hormones.
Low certainty evidence suggests that after treatment with cross-sex hormones, people with gender dysphoria experience an improvement in gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, and suicidality. There is very low certainty evidence about the changes in quality of life.
Huh this reminds me of, something - the UK NICE study into pediatric use of cross-sex hormones, which I've prattled on about before. In short:
The critical outcomes for decision making are impact on gender dysphoria, impact on mental health and quality of life. The quality of evidence for all these outcomes was assessed as very low certainty
But obviously the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Excellence is basically a retirement home for homeopaths.
Well, what about Finland? Their national Council for Choices in Healthcare in Finland (PALKO / COHERE), which assesses the evidence for treatment, found in 2020 (archive):
Healthcare services must be based on evidence and recognized treatment and operational practices. As far as minors are concerned, there are no medical treatments that can be considered evidence-based.
Well what do the Finns know? Apart from raising Santa's reindeer, nothing!
One more to go everyone, let's hope it's not another group of "expert" health researchers with potatoes for brains. Come on down Sweden (archive):
For adolescents … the risks of [puberty blockers and hormones] currently outweigh the possible benefits. This judgement is based mainly on three factors [including] the continued lack of reliable scientific evidence concerning the efficacy and the safety of both treatments.
Well they must be relying on old, outdated studies. Surely there have been lots of high-quality ones done recently…
A systematic review published in 2022 by the Swedish Agency [of health research] shows that the state of knowledge largely remains unchanged compared to 2015. High quality trials such as RCTs are still lacking and the evidence on treatment efficacy and safety is still insufficient and inconclusive for all reported outcomes.
Oh well, I'm sure we can trust in WPATH, it's not like they're having pedophile castration fetishists write their transgender Standards of Care (archive).
I'm sure one isn't just a link to the general page on the Mayo Clinic website that says "Research suggests that feminizing hormone therapy can be safe and effective [citation needed]."
Or to a general page on the website of the Children's Hospital of St Louis that says "most experts, including our team, believe that puberty blockers are safe" citing WPATH and the Endocrine Society. I'm sure as well that the Children's Hospital of St Louis would not try to pass off FDA approval of puberty blockers for use only in precocious puberty as FDA approval for trans-identified children. No way, it's the terfs who are the cynics!
Or to a single study that suggests, based on an online questionnaire of 2,560 self-selecting adults who claimed to have had genital surgery more than two years ago, that the surgery improved their mental health.
Nuh-uh, Tony and his pals only want the best for trans people, treatments that are proven safe and effective.

It's ok Geranium, you're informative in your autism and justified in anger. I genuinely wished it worked like Anthony said it would, we would have a lot less regrets and loss of sexual functions. Becoming disabled on top of being dysphoric is hellish.
Florida's a big state for medical research. Not only is their a high population with a generous proportion of retirees who need extra healthcare, but the weather and ocean attract a lot of doctors who have the money to live in our hurricane prone state. Several of the colleges here do fantastic strides in medical science. These guys aren't as subpar as Erin "Fucked Up My Major by Getting a Drug Felony in Florida" Reed assumes. There's less hillbillies and many more educated scientist from NORTHERN states here. They just don't want to deal with cold weather anymore.
Or to a single study that suggests, based on an online questionnaire of 2,560 self-selecting adults who claimed to have had genital surgery more than two years ago, that the surgery improved their mental health.
Sadly, mental health is something easy to lie and live in denial about. Ask any doctor, therapist, or professor (appeal to authority like Erin does) working with patients who have depression.

It’s crazy that any of these results are considered meaningful when (all other issues with the data aside) they largely only consider the single dimension of “asking the person if they are feeling better now.” Not only are we not given any quality of life statistics, no one seems to have considered that they might also be important? Do people post surgery report having satisfactory relationships? Stable employment? Good health? Do their kids still talk to them? Do they exercise and sleep well? How has their housing situation changed? Any negative results would be blamed on transphobia of course, but at least we would have them.
Put it another way, you could do a survey on heroin addicts asking “do the negative feelings you were having before you took this hit of heroin feel better now that you have heroin?” and they would say yes, even if they’re lying in filth in an alley. By the standards of evidence that are now being presented as authoritative on children’s hospital websites, this means that giving heroin to heroin addicts is the best course of action.
Well, if dilation counts as sex, he's getting it twice a day. TWICE. A. DAY.
And unlike those pathetic cishet TERFS who maybe get a few minutes of PIV, Tony can go for a solid half hour of deep penetration each time. One whole damn hour of incredibly sensual sexytime sex, every day of the week you h8rs - ain't you jelly???
But if dilation doesn't count? Pretty sure it's dusty cobwebs and tumbleweeds in his Not-So-OK-Corral.
Totally retains the capability, though. Most certainly. Especially for earth-shattering multiple orgasms that would power Mexico well into the next century. You betcha!
You know without this thread he would have posted an outfit pic. It was so ugly I’m almost sad he didn’t. Tony, those tacky fishnets can’t be good for your surgery site
'Most of us have perfectly normal sex lives after the surgery'
sure Tony, that's why you went from posting fabricated tales about what a total stud you are on shroomery to not even managing to get laid as a tranny during DC pride
your sex drive is obviously destroyed, which is why you're being given testosterone, but all the standing around with a stupid smirk plastered on your snaggletoothed face can't hide the fact that you fucked up and you know it

Can Tony name a single court case decided on the basis of science? Or even The Science™? Where does he get the idea that judges are qualified to make any determinations about science? Is he under the impression that courts ruling on supposedly scientific grounds has a good history rather than being one of laughable errors even contemporarily?
The most famous science-related court case in American history resulted in Scopes losing even though Clarence Darrow humiliated William Jennings Bryan so bad he died.
