US Kavanaugh’s Neighbour Claims Pro-Abortion Protesters Are Threatening Homeowners; “F*ck You, F*ck Your Children” - No bad tactics, no bad targets, either, it seems

A neighbour of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has detailed how pro-abortion protesters have terrorised the entire community where he lives, even threatening other neighbours, telling them “f*ck you and f*ck your children.”

Speaking anonymously to Fox News, the neighbour says that the protesters have been “aggressively” disrupting the area on multiple days for weeks since the leak of the intention to overturn Roe vs Wade.

“They are people who come from out of the area. They have a staging point in a parking lot fairly nearby,” the neighbour noted, adding that they come specifically at 7pm because they know that is when parents are trying to get their young children to bed.

“There’s little kids who live on the street. It’s a horrific experience,” the neighbour urges, adding “It’s not great if you have kids of any age, but it’s unbelievably stressful and the kids are very upset, the kids have to be sent inside and it’s so loud you can’t put your kids to sleep.”

“They picked the exact time, and they don’t care,” the neighbour continues, claiming that “Literally, there’s no way on a Wednesday night you can put your kid to bed.”

“They have drummers, they have a megaphone, and they chant, they yell all kinds of things… They have told neighbors ‘f*ck you, f*ck your children, things like that – and so they’re abusive toward the neighbors and intimidating,” the person further asserts.

The neighbour also says that police are doing very little to stop the disruption.

“We’ve been told that because they will move eventually when a car comes down the street, they’re not technically blocking the street,” they say adding “What we’ve also been told is that this is ‘behaving within the bounds of the law’ and the only law that could be enforced is the federal law that they’re not supposed to protest outside the home of judicial officers, but the federal partners declined to enforce that law.”

"There’s nowhere to go to get away from it,” the neighbour adds, noting “I think people are very concerned that if there isn’t action taken, that this will escalate in a way that is very unpredictable and very unsafe.”

“There just doesn’t seem to be anyone in a position of leadership or authority who is considering those issues and acting on them and trying to look for a solution rather than just allowing this possibly to escalate,” the person adds.

As we have highlighted, police last week arrested an armed would-be assassin, identified as Nicholas John Roske, who told officials that he “wanted to kill” Kavanaugh, and that the motive for his intended attack was disagreement with the Supreme Court’s assumed plan to overturn Roe v. Wade.

While Republicans including Senator Rand Paul have called for protesters to be removed and arrested from outside Justices’ homes, Democrats have refused to condemn the illegal gatherings, and have even encouraged them.

You just know that if the homeowners here dared to do  anything in retaliation, they'll be whisked away and imprisoned for "violence." Poor people, I hope something happens for them soon.
I guess if one of the homeowners in question was black and dared to do anything, they might also call him traitor/sellout and uncle Tom. But then it would have been fun if these pro-abortion who might also be pro-BLM will do a Pikachu surprised face or not.

Someone should call the police on a burner phone and tell them there's a rape in progress. Give descriptions of two of the protesters.

Or have people all honk their vehicle horns when these shitheads start their chants, etc. Or buy small airhorns and let fly.

Set off a string of firecrackers, watch the animals go batty.

Once again, "protesters" do their very best to alienate potential supporters. Idiots.

Not condoning this, I just like to point out the double standards in play here. I hear about "making politicians uncomfortable," but only if they support X or Y.

Now, it's a matter of what is considered okay or not. Something about "no bad tactics, only bad targets."
Look, I'm all about making politicians uncomfortable AT THEIR JOB. But once they leave the public premise and go home, they get space.

Bothering someone on their own personal property is equivalent to declaring war in my opinion. Only do it if you are prepared to shoot and be shot at.

I don’t know if anyone has seen The Purge movies but in one of them there was a guy who had a semi tractor trailer with one of those circular firing machine guns you normally see on attack helicopters, just mowing people down.

If this was happening in Minecraft something like that could solve this issue.

The real crime is the federal government refusing to enforce whatever law that doesn't help the democrats.
How is it acceptable to have a law on the record and then some guy in the pocket of someone else can just go "nahhh we're not going to do anything about it."

One thing I have to admire about Moviebob is the only thing that separates him from other progressives is his lack of a filter. What he’s saying is what they’re thinking.

Once again, "protesters" do their very best to alienate potential supporters. Idiots.
Protests aren’t about gaining followers. They’re about ensuring compliance. Step out of line and they’ll make damn sure your friends and neighbors want nothing to do with you.

Protesting stopped being about advancing a cause and winning converts some time ago, now, it's not only about enforcing groupthink, but also a way to congratulate yourself on your moral superiority while you beat in someone else's face.

These "protests" and "demonstrations" aren't for OUR sake, or wellness or our education, they're for the protestors' fragile egos and childish desire to tantrum when they can't have their way and to perform for their friends to show they're still part of the in-group.

I would just like to say once again that I am a proponent for increasing access to sterilization.

Now, it's a matter of what is considered okay or not. Something about "no bad tactics, only bad targets."
This is a little more complicated than the tactics/targets mantra. The problem isn't who the victim is and if you like them, it's about what you're doing. The physical action might be the same, but the social action is completely different.

The law about not being able to attempt to protest outside the houses of judges isn't about judges being holier than thou and therefore deserving to be more comfortable, it's about ensuring you don't destroy the legitimacy of their rulings. The exact legal verbiage doesn't say you can't protest, just that you can't do it with the goal of influencing their decisions. If you did that, then even if they weren't influenced, people would still question the legitimacy of their ruling and nobody would respect the court anymore, they'd only obey the rulings they wanted to. That would make going to the judicial branch meaningless and that's a catastrophe we can't come back from.

That's also why leaking the draft was so bad... Now if they uphold RvW, people will think that's terrorism, not justice, not law or rights. If they repeal it, people will think it's them trying to save face and prove they won't negotiate with terrorists, which is again not based on justice laws or rights.

If the protests were about dumbshit like who the best MLP to fuck is, and SCOTUS wasn't considering any beastiality cases? Admittedly I'm not sure if that would be legal, it probably falls some public indecency test. But at least it definitely would not be illegal under 18 U.S. Code § 1507, no mater how scared the justices are of bronies.

In our legal system, you're supposed to use your first amendment right to tell your representatives what they need to do to represent you. Protesting their homes might be overkill, but it's the American way, especially with so many of them insisting on turning their homes into their offices. Telling your representative how to represent you is proper. I'd say going to their homes is not, but I'd also say them holing up in their homes is an improper loophole, so the line is blurred. Where are people supposed to protest if you telecommute all day?

You're not supposed to use your first amendment right to deny other people access to justice. Your rights are important, but some rights are more important than others (as is evident every time we have a court case in which the justices have to weigh 2 constitutional rights against eachother). The ability to ultimately, one day, get justice when you're wronged is ranked really really really highly on the stack.
