I'm not sure how this works exactly but wouldn't someone need to co-sign for his lease anyway? I would think that would be Meigh herself or Harry, yeah? That and I would imagine if he eventually does decide to marry her then doesn't she absorb all of his debts as well? And vice versa if Meigh has any outstanding student loans as well i.e. Ralph would incur that if Meigh were to die before him. I'm not a lawfag when it comes to this stuff so I may have this completely wrong.

Tropicana is absolutely there, it's where all the local college kids go, that and Borgata.
With all the surrounding states allowing their own casinos now, there's not much of an incentive to go to Atlantic City nowadays. That and the AC expressway toll prices are criminal for the destination.

ETA: I think Gunt had to use his “use’em or lose’em” Caesar’s reward credits. He was supposed to go use them in Vegas in July so if he doesn’t take yet another gambling trip to Vegas to escape his family we can rest well know his reward credits were redeemed in AC.

That he had to wait to get home to Richmond to share some pictures of the baby pretty much confirms that Rozy and Meigh were not with him in Atlantic City and it was yet another vacation away from his family. I also knew of a couple who took out 16k loan in their 8yr old daughters name. And proceed to of course never repay it back. I am not that much more hopeful for Rozy's future.
