It’s sort of hard to judge (donut) when I’m used to seeing him in those Homer Simpson dresses. They somehow made him look even bigger than he was.

He has most of the gunt tucked in his leggings. Standing up as straight as he can, arms high so it can lift the moobs and create the illusion of a waist under them. I don't see any significant weight loss. The only think he has lost is more of his hairline.
Why does he always look like he smells? So unwashed looking, yuck. Probably a combination of all the drugs, junk food and being fat.
I'm still hopeful for a "I Am Jazz: 600lbs Edition".

Probably the other way around.
Jazz, still feeling like an incomplete woman, Sander goes on a killing spree, ripping out uteruses our of his murder victims to cure Jazz of his leftover dysphoria.

How is it that he's been on hormone therapy, puberty blockers, medications, had surgeries etc and yet he ends up looking like a middle aged man and not a 20 year old girl.
