IMO one of the many problems is that Billy really only cares about one type of trans person and that's MtF's and the detransitioners who regret it the most are FtM since they've cut their breasts off and their voice is now forever deep and masculine while MtF usually aren't as bad off since genital surgery is expensive plus troons don't seem as bothered about having a "Feminine penis" these days so are unlikely to have done that so all they are left with is looking like a more feminine, possibly infertile and needing surgery to get their man boobs reduced.
