I think contacting a real life associate out of the blue would qualify as some form of cow tipping, and the users here are loathe to do that.

Sue USA Today first, make part of discovery if they had any contact with Marcan. Then add Marcan into it and force him to disclose how to contact Ginder, then add him into the suit.

It was reported back in Byuu's thread that Ginder's family hates him (allegedly) and want nothing to do with him. His estranged husband probably doesn't want much to do with him anymore.

This guy is truly alone in his world and only had his twitter trannies as social contacts. He might as well be dead with that lonely life.
