KiwiFarms and Reddit are not much different. One hates niggers, the other loves them. Other than that it's the same principle, a bunch of fat sweaty faggots in their early 20's to early 30's judging people who are "below them" to make themselves feel better about being careerless virgins [Null clearly agrees as he even had to shut down registration]. Social validation and dogpiling come with the territory. Though at least the Farms allows free speech from literally anyone, unlike Reddit which has strict posting guidelines. Though I do seriously wish KF had a strict 18+ policy that it actually upheld because this place is a fuckin' middle school.
I dunno, reddit champions degeneracy; we laugh at it. I think that makes us more different than you give credit for. We're not looking down on productive members of society, were laughing at their self destruction. Reddit encourages the very rot we mock. I don't think your comparison is valid, though we all are autistic faggots. I will concede that.

This isn't the debunking of Byuu/Near/ David Kirk Ginder's suicide. I mean, he didn't kill himself, but we've known that pretty much all along. There were too many inconsistencies and things being said that simply wouldn't happen, including the previous list of US deaths in Japan that covered the actual date the faked suicide took place.

This is just finally shutting the very last door on Hector/Marcan's attempts to maintain a fiction against the official truth. There is now officially no way the story he's told can be true, and proof that he's lied.

If he ever addresses it, which is unlikely to happen unless compelled to, he could just say he lied about some of the other details at the time because something something KIWIFARMS EBIL. None of the people being riled up would give a shit, because they don't care that at the time this was the emotive 'proof' that it was all true; they will happily retcon in their minds that what they said was incontrovertible evidence at the time was actually incidental detail that could be lied about to ... protect the identity of the deceased? Who cares, KIWIFARMS EBIL.

In the absence of knowing where David Kirk Ginder actually is, and with Hector having clearly been in on it since the start, the people who  can be held to the fire over this are the 'journalists' who wrote articles about it. But again, they won't care, and unlike Hector can just say they were lied to, whether they were or not. Consequences for journoscum not doing their job properly are far too rare for any of them to give a shit, which is frustrating but expected by this point.

We always knew Hector and that Wayne guy were lying. This has removed any remaining shreds of possibility, but realistically it was all but proven a day or two after. The thing is, none of them care. And it looks like Hector, the main culprit for spreading the news as far as possible to cause as much harm to the Farms as he could, is likely too engrossed in becoming a vtuber and the eventual trooning out that will inevitably follow to even pretend he has to defend himself.

It's a very, 'Forget it, Jake. It's Chinatown.' ending. I would love there to be consequences, but unless Null does pursue legal action, a few tweets will get blocked, Wikipedia will lock the page to stop revert wars, and none of the people so incensed about this poor victim of cyberbullying will give a shit that it was a hoax, because the truth never really mattered.

Do y'all remember, this was the thing that really made SJW's assemble to cancel kiwifarms and try to take it down. As far as i can tell, this fake death really affected them more than any other event for some reason.
I think a lot of them assumed Byuu is a tranny. That's the most protected color of the rainbow or something.

If you're talking about the DDOS, I doubt that was a particularly large group. My guess is Hector and a few other Byuu "friends" just put a few hundred bucks every month and ordered from a "DDOS As A Service" company. That's really all it takes. I may be lowballing the cost, but they are fairly cheap for the damage they cause and these are a bunch of weeb/troon programmers with money to burn on nonsense. Yes, lots of social media troons were pissed, but most moved on to the next "outrage" within a few days. However, it is clear that there was a dedicated group likely linked to Byuu that paid for a bunch of attacks and would NOT let this shit go.

Also, for those of you looking for the original Dastagir article, here it is:

Legal stuff: IANAL, but I just did a read-through of that article. Sadly, there was a lot of weasel language there and the article probably went through a lawyer. Lots of "experts say" or "Beckett says" rather than "USA Today says".

The main thing that jumped out at me as even possibly actionable is the "USA Today confirmed" passage. However, the person who would probably be liable for that lie would be Wayne Beckett, not USA Today. If USA Today started sensing legal heat, they could retract that part and call Beckett a liar. It's incredibly sloppy that Dastagir didn't call a real source, but I don't know if that is actionable. Also, if you're thinking "well, Null should sue Wayne", note that in the article there is this passage

""I'm very very angry – furious with Kiwi Farms," Beckett told USA TODAY. "I just want them to appreciate the gravity of what they've done. They certainly contributed to (Ginder's) death."

That is the closest anyone comes in this article to outright claiming Kiwi Farms contributed to Byuu's "death". While this could be taken to mean Josh Moon as the owner, he could also claim that he was referring to the users who said mean things about Byuu. It's possible, but I think it would be tough for Null to win. My comments above only reflect the USA Today article, not the many nasty things said on social media about Null and the Farms, there may be actionable material in tweets, but it's been awhile since I read any of that.

Also, I considered maybe he could sue the very much alive Byuu, but unless he had proof that Byuu did this to damage the Farms, it wouldn't go far. Byuu can just say "I was embarrassed by my thread and wanted to start a new life". Unless we unearthed some Discord message where he was saying "haha! Let's cause reputational harm to Josh Moon and his site!" I just don't see what basis Null would have for a suit against Byuu.

TLDR: I doubt Null would have much of a case against USA Today, but definitely a possibility that he would have one against Wayne or Hector depending on their other comments on social media combined with their comments in this article.

His shit is out there, he is hypothetically back home and hiding out in bum fuck Ohio. I don't hunt tranny furries degenerates in the wild but the info and records are out there.

A lot of good farmers did much more exceptional work before me but it sucks it will just fall on deaf ears.

Psuedocide isn't inherently illegal unless he does some of the following:

After faking a death, you may be fraudulently:

  • Stealing life insurance,
  • Implicating your spouse as part of the con if he or she files a false police report,
  • Evading state or federal taxes
  • Violating court-ordered legal and financial obligations.
This can include canceling financial obligations due to calling places like; Creditors, Cellular providers, BMV, investments, etc and telling them the individual is deceased however a death certificate would be required to cancel accounts.

This fake death sounded like a shit plan cooked up by two retard trannies from the start and now it has gone past the point of no return.

Hector, better known as Marcan, and Byuu were programming nerds in a BDSM relationship, so they called themselves Far/Near, a tongue-in-cheek reference to their Master/Slave bond.

Near is dead and Far killed him. The lack of records only prove that he got away with it. Accidents happen in BDSM, especially when illegal drugs and untreated mental and physical illnesses are involved.

Japanese drug laws are extremely strict and criminals are regularly hanged with the full support of the general population. The courts are unmerciful to gaijin.

Hector was afraid. He committed translaughter and there were no witnesses. Dozens of bottles of illegally obtained pills were littered throughout the filthy apartment, some which could have been directly traced to him.

He thought he was within his sub’s boundaries, but his autism left him woefully unaware of the severity of Byuu’s intoxication. A few hours passed, but it felt like mere minutes to Hector, who had turned over the body of his furry lover on his back. If any authority where to examine the corpse, they would immediately notice the deep scars across the neck and the dilated anal sphincter.

A frequent buyer of amphetamines and sex, Hector was able to use his good standing with local yakuza along with a few bitcoins to order a thorough clean up on the following Monday. With the physical evidence taken care of, he devised a plan to eliminate the digital. The KiwiFarms was the perfect target, it’s what Byuu would have wanted after all.

As Byuu’s master, Hector knew every password. The guilt and trauma was just beginning to creep in, the emails to Null were frantic, passionate and filled with holes. But it didn’t matter. With every media outlet reporting Byuu’s suicide and Null in financial shambles after a slew of DDos attacks, no one would suspect Hector. For the time being he could distract himself with the M1 project.

There was the lingering thought of Byuu’s estranged husband, but Hector knew he was too stupid and low-agency to ever raise a stir, it would be a waste to inform him.

Hector knew the slaughter was no accident. Byuu died so that Asahi Lina could shine.

It's under the Added disputed template to Byuu's death source section. They're saying the USA Today article whose only source of evidence was two guys saying "dude trust us we called the Japanese police and they told us Near committed suicide" is more reliable than official documentation from Japanese police.

This is how Wikipedia worked for ages now. "If the news sources we cherrypicked say it, it's true." And it absolutely does not matter if anyone can provide actual evidence, because actual evidence that isn't provided by their trusted sources is automatically fake and gay.

They might as well change Wikipedia into a news aggregate site.

Don't you guys know that people can now "self identify" as a dead person, and you're a bigot if you don't accept that?

Joking aside...

I've mentioned this in other threads (because it's pertinent to so many people and things we discuss around here), but Wikipedia has a long-standing policy of favoring secondary and tertiary sources over primary ones. If you try and use that State Department database, you'll be called out for "original research."

Which is complete bullshit, but that's how they've always done it. Over there, no objective data point is real unless some journalist or academic they consider reliable (and often with the "correct" agenda) interprets it as such.

So yes, BY DESIGN, Wikipedia considers a shit USA Today article more reliable than a U.S. government database.

That's that, then. No more deaths in the relevant period.

Hoaxin' Hector's last excuse can be laid to rest, in a cookie jar.

Near lives.
Byuu you can come out of that shit / piss infested closet you are hiding in. Glowies exposed your lies

You sad pathetic being.

You probably caused the founder of this site unnecessary stress /guilt.

Actually, with Japan's tendency to rule mosts deaths as suicides (even when they were clearly murders) to keep the reported crime rate artificially low, it makes the argument that Byuu *didn't* commit suicide even stronger.
Well, that'd be nice if it were true.
Murders which go unsolved are everywhere in Japan. Including ones that the police would prefer to solve due to public pressure. That they will go to any length to "solve". Something that is starting to get cracked down on. They legal system is very different than the US one.

Either way, I hope Byuu has better luck next time. Or just dies of GRIDS like a normal faggot.
