From the looks of it this surgery was another attempt to move it in into position + lipo on her hips. Lipo seemed to work well but the positioning isn't there yet. This is her last surgery with Cetrulo before switching to Chen as she's unhappy with Cetrulo's work.

Yes. Ballet and other forms of athletics are EXACTLY on par with literally ripping holes in your groin, going on drugs that permanently damage your bones and muscles and having your limbs skinned to near bone all for the sake of some fetish/autism.

Plus if your kid wants to do ballet and you say no because of health or other concerns, you don't get called a bigot and a child murderer and risk having your kids taken away in some countries. And the teachers at your kid's school won't conduct an elaborate ruse to allow your kid to do ballet all day without telling you. Schools aren't setting up "ballet closets" that allow kids to change into pointe shoes without anyone at home knowing what's going on. And your kid won't get told by adults they trust that a failure to do ballet early enough is a fate worse than death that will probably lead to them killing themselves.

And even if all these things were true, ballet would still be far less harmful than using cancer drugs to switch off a complicated and little-understood part of the endocrine system during a crucial growth window that a child will never, ever go through again. These people are insufferable.

It seems many troons don't know what dilating entails. There's a been a few on reddit lately thinking that it should be super easy to dilate and it should feel pleasurable for some reason.

...the HAWT stuff really begins when it gets infected and you basically have a stoma surrounded by a ring of scar tissue that is a big breeding chamber for bacteria. I watched some of his videos and maybe the first few were good, then it really goes all in on "They did this to me" like he's an altar boy who was raped by a priest.

One thing I try to keep in mind when reading reddit reports about great srs results, their great physical state, blissful mental state, and sense of "gender euphoria" is that a lot of these people are on opiates. A not-insignificant amount must be staying on them long term (prescribed or otherwise, for physical pain or just self-medicating etc)

By the way, I'm in the middle of searching for more info on the clitoral burial stuff, but I found an interesting sideline, this article from 1992 which goes with what we have been asking about using silicone prosthesis:

Exactly, I was asking the same thing a few pages back, why not just go with a prosthethic, for the kind of money they waste on this shit, today they could get as close to lifelike as sillicone can provide.
