He can sue for anything, but what proof does he have thats admissible that he can use? Thats kind of difficult in a DDOS case from what I have seen in the past.

I used NY law because as far as I am aware, everything about Kiwi Farms is in NY (such as servers).

It would take actually interfering with a specific contract intentionally.
Also it doesn't need to involve a conspiracy. If members of the public retaliate and harm someone as a vicarious result of defamation, the original defamer is held liable if there is proximate cause between the defamation and the harm, even if under the circumstances, the third party would not himself be held liable if reasonably relying on false statements in good faith.
So conceivably, a defamer could be held liable for the DDOS attacks of a third party if you could establish that.
Like much of the legal stuff we talk about here, though, that's academic, because as fun as it is to speculate about it, it would be a really dumb lawsuit at least under the current circumstances, unlikely to result in any profit.

There is only one source of actual evidence in this case: the list of unnatural deaths compiled by the State Department from sources in the host nations. Byuu is not on it. If he were actually dead by suicide, he would be on it. Therefore, he did not die from suicide in Japan at the time in question.

I wonder if the main point of Byuu's whole plan wasn't really the "pretending to be dead" part, but the "recieving attention from internet people" part.
If he really doesn't have any real life friends, maybe twitter users criying about his supposed death is the best thing he can get in regards to human appreciation. It may make him feel respected and loved like he has never been in his life.
Obviously, the internet people don't actually care and will forget about him, 5 minutes after publishing a post showing how much compassion they have for this poor, marginalised, talented programmer. But I don't think he's sane enough to realize how empty and meaningless those words are.
