I think its either the weekend boost or the anniversary boost, iirc it almost broke the 1k views and the main portion of it was hosted on Pippa's stream, could be wrong though
Likely both.

More importantly though, is maybe having that breakthrough and hovering around this (Jewtube-recognized) level of viewership will give her fellow sad girls some positive energy going into Year Two.

These are gold.

I am amazed at just how terrible the whole reddit layout is. And people flock to this shit daily?

Yeah the new design isn't the best. The sites absolutely ass on mobile, and it's intentional because they're trying to push people to the offical app, which is slightly less ass.

If you're not on mobile try putting using old.reddit should be more readable.

Do parents really not say things like "Don't put your real name and birthday on the internet" anymore. The Chinese spies are paid to sleep.
The parents are the ones who now put their own real names on the internet so of course they don't say anything. A kid born today in a first world country has no knowledge of what a private life is because their parents constantly post pictures of them doing whatever it is they are doing from the time they are born, until the kid gets their own account to post every waking moment of their own life in a complete disregard for the concept of having privacy. It's sad, but we live in a world where a lot of people unironically say you are a 'red flag' if you don't have any socials. There's been a push in the extremely liberal tech sector that claims you need to have these archives of your life so everyone can 'hold you accountable'. You know what that's code for. So yeah parents don't say it because most have been convinced that it's normal and harmless, when we've seen it's anything but harmless and is usually used actively against you.

I'm amazed at you people speaking of nudes posted by an idiot teen in the days before social media as something she intended to make public or even as porn (some demented poster actually wrote it). It was before fucking instagram and people were just starting having a Facebook profile get a grip
We're talking about pictures she posted to /b/ herself. Not saying she has to be bound by that today (especially if she was underage at the time), but if that wasn't intent to publish then I don't know what is.
2) Doesn't Japan have some really shady shit with gravure, especially with underaged girls?
Junior idols routinely do gravure pictures i.e. swimsuit-style stuff and non-nude but sexualised poses. And yeah while I bet there are plenty of decent people in the industry, on the whole it's exactly as shady as you'd expect any sex-industry-adjacent thing to be.
Women seriously need to press charges instead of ignoring stalkers/groomers.
Very hard to do that in Japan. They'd probably have more luck going after them for defamation or something.

No please.... God no.... Not right now and not anytime soon... Actually I hope NEVER.

In a practical sense, that branch won't fly. There's not much of an incentive. Sure the audience is there but I bet most of them can't even spare 500 PHP let alone 20 USD to donate unless they're like upper middle class. There's a lot of talent you can fish out of this hellhole. But that alone won't garner much profits unless they're also willing to cater to a wider audience outside the country. Plus, imagine the amount of politisperging that will come out of this if one of the talents let their tongue slip by.

I think we're better off with locally-grown indies and small groups/agencies. And Millie is already enough to fulfill that dream of a Flip getting into a major bichubba corpo. I'd be surprised if Nijisanji or Hololive decides to create a PH branch that would actually be successful. But that won't happen in a long time.
