Well hold on now, if he wants to go back into Afghanistan to fuck with the Taliban, I'll support that. Of course, he can't come back until he's beaten them, that's just a given.
I believe that he actually did a couple deployments after recovery, although in rear-area roles given his erm... handicaps.
I don’t think it’s very painful, he could be armless and legless and it wouldn’t keep me from realizing he’s also spineless.
Yeah, but I wanted to believe, and its tough to strangle your own hope. Necessary, but tough.

The Great 2022 Bikening of US President Joe Biden has occurred. The nation will never be the same from this point onward.
Probably not. Dems have to know instinctually that Biden is circling the drain. They are going to be freaking out when he dies.
Yea lets an elderly man in at least stage 3 dementia ride a bike, totally not elderly abuse.
Because his press secretary wouldn't shut up about how spry Biden is. Can't have Biden cutting corners now. He has to project the air of a 50 year old.

Dan Cuckshaw will have a long career in politics, sadly. He checks all the boxes that make conservatives over the age of 50 cum in their tightie whities and there’s enough Charlie Kirk-style simps under 50 who’d support him too. He won’t be a Congressman forever, he will just be a Fox News host making $10 million a year in a few years from now. The world isn’t fair.

The man actually went into the office trying to do good rather than out of pure self interest or self aggrandizement. you can disagree with his methods or success, but equating him to the likes of Biden is an insult to the Peanut Farmer.
I sincerely do not know if you’re trolling. Carter by many accounts was a Southern Gentleman egomaniac who is only eclipsed by Lyndon B. Johnson. And despite Johnson being a self-interested asshole who had terrible long term policy and shitty foreign policy, he still was better than Carter.

Carter isn’t Mussolini. He just gets worse over time because he was a weak retard who blamed the American people for his shortcomings.

Wow, Biden is like Ultra-Carter on gorilla steroids.
‘Ultra-Carter’! See, now that’s a term using Ultra that actually makes the person it’s referring to sound negative, as opposed to ‘Ultra MAGA’. It’s such a simple formula that the autists of the Farms can figure it out, what the hell is keeping our ‘betters’ from figuring it out, exactly?

The 70s was a time when things went to shit worldwide. Carter wasn’t the right person for the job but there was very few who were, which is why he got nominated and elected to begin with. Paul Volcker in 1979 was the first person to actually do something to fix the issue. Whoever was elected in 1976 was going to be sent to the woodchipper regardless of who they were or their party.

By the way it look about four years of interest rate hikes and adjustments to get inflation under control. Just a glimpse into what we’re looking at here at a minimum.

Because they're 75-IQ retard faggots that inherited their positions through nepotism?

I’d be shocked if the fed really got serious about inflation and raised rates 2% at one meeting. I think they’re going to be reluctant to go over 3% which will bring g the worst of both worlds. Low enough to not affect inflation much and high enough to kill all these businesses reliant on 0 or near 0 interest rates.
They need to jump it 5%.
Very powerful late stage Roman Empire vibes from the Biden administration lately.
I get a Pertinax vibe:

I think the better, funnier comparison is the Brezhnev days of the Soviet Union.

Late stage Roman Empire was just a shitton of generals rising up against the emperor or politicians bribing the Praetorian Guard to assassinate him and install a more popular despot. We have an elderly figurehead soaking up negative attention while the younger bureaucrats run wild using his authority and fuck up the country.

That too. But a bit more Chernenko than Brezhnev.

No because in that scenario you don’t have the option of saying fuck it and not participating in the class. With a price ceiling, companies have the option to say fuck it, I just won’t sell this. Hence shortages.
If companies refuse to sell then suddenly there's a bill about "critical necessities" and news stories about evil companies deliberately hoarding goods. In any case, by hook or by crook, compulsory sales are introduced.

I've read Ayn Rand novels. It's still a shock to find myself potentially about to live in one.

I mean, the fantasy version is the John Galt exodus. But in practice Chinese movements like "Lie Flat" are the more likely real world version of the productive people having enough. Either way though - same cause and same solution. People have had enough of the government forcing them to support everybody else.

Ukraine has to admit defeat. That would be the first obstacle. Which would lead to the US suffering yet another military defeat in less than a year.

And even then Russia would get to dictate terms and Putin being smug while NATO goes hat in hand begging for oil would be the worst for Biden.
Well that's kind of the point of my question. How bad do things have to get for the American public before they force Biden's / Dem's hands and MAKE them buy the bloody oil?

By all accounts? Whose exactly? Again, you're confusing his shitty results with megalomania or corrupt self interest. My point is exactly that Carter was an honest and weak willed person incapable of running a global superpower because he lacked that killing instinct and his beliefs were harmful to our national interest, and you just keep proving my point.

That’s what will happen anyway. The question comes down to ripping off the band aid now or later. The average American and European doesn’t give a shit how smug Putin will be. So Biden and Co. is just delaying it out of ideological correctness and ego. This will give Putler the win, which means certain (((people))) can’t avenge the Pale of Settlement pogroms so I guess that means the rest of us will have to pay $6 per gallon for gas.

Maybe they wouldn't have to bend the knee if there was oil closer to home.
