These people fantasize about violence like they thirst for it — like they’ve lived sunny, sheltered, peaceful lives and need a little blood like in the video games. You can tell they haven’t suffered violence for real because those who have don’t throw it around so lightly. Not that people who know violence are immune to romanticizing it — we like to make meaning out of terrible things; that’s natural — but there’s something grotesquely trivializing about making up these fucking domestic terrorism events out of words as mild as Jesse Singal’s. Jesse Singal Derangement Syndrome patients need to like… join a combat sport and learn some respect for what violence actually is.

It's a trap. No pun intended. They know full well that transing children is not something the majority is on board with, so saying that children must be transed to compete in opposite sex leagues is, effectively, a tranny ban.

Additionally, no transed child will have the physical capacity to compete with anyone athletically once they reach adulthood - see the mess that is Jazz Jennings.

So an effective trans ban either way.

I thought it sounded too bizarre even for a BBC journo to say. It reads like they're inserting an "if" condition just to seem like they're being somewhat fair to the wokies, but with full knowledge that nobody is ok with this "if". Smart move if true.

Pretty sure the swimming lessons I took as a kid were mixed gender, because learning a basic skill and competing for highly coveted scholarships and other benefits are two vastly different things. Who knew?
