I'm sure this is common knowledge, but for the benefit of anyone who might not know: it's not just nude beaches that frown upon obvious erections. At least where I grew up there was this very clear etiquette when it came to men in public pools. If you get a boner, and I'm not bemoaning anyone who does, some of the ladies at the pool are likely fine specimens, but either way don't go parading it. If you're sitting down, find something to cover your lap with. If you're in the water, stay in there. If you're floating around, get your lower half underwater. And if you can't find any way to conceal the erection, excuse yourself real quick to the bathroom. Either way, wait it out.
