In just a few hours after approving the "Only yes is yes" the bill was shown with 3 articles, not only giving harsher punishments for prostitution but all sorts of sexual acts performed in exchange for money with punishments ranging between 1 and 2 years. This means that anyone that creates any kind pornographic content in Spain would be banned and prosecuted. This also extends to producers and editors with even a single hired porn actor. This means that the bill punishes the creation of pornographic material, but not its distribution or consumption.
