Inactive Nick Bate / Nickalaus B. Stoutzenberger - (Thread 3: JUDGEMENT DAY)

Are you positive that's not just the date it was uploaded? I'm almost positive the assault on his mother was in 2006 and that's when he was committed.

If I'm wrong, I'll strike out the incorrect passages in my post and replace them with what's right. But I'm gonna need something hard.
He was asked when he graduated high school and he said he couldn't remember but thought it was 2008 or 2009.

"
  1. Nick graduated high school, although he cannot recall the exact year. He thinks it was 2008 or 2009."
Edit: So as to not double-post:

Crap. The site appears to be down.

It just won't load up for me. Could it be because I'm a Britfag?

Offline for me, too :'(

Offline for me also.
That's odd, it's working for me.

Thank you everyone for the information. I don't want to be Aloggy or get off topic so I'll leave it at what you guys have said.
i still feel as though if more had been done, maybe AO would've had help way sooner. Nick obviously needed more than just once a week group sessions and his social worker felt that way too

The website is coming up fine for me. Any kiwis that went today I'd really like to know if it's worth the drive. How easily do you think it was to get in?

To ensure everything I said checked out, I just went on a massive doc search through the Sarlacc Monster's public diarrhea that some traditionally call "social media accounts."

As for your first question, @Plague, the eval's been confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt. I couldn't find how it got posted, or even -- though Bate obviously had something to do with the leak -- who posted it. But on his Ask.fm page alonee, Bate confirms the eval is his at least five times, all of which I've capped for posterity:

He was committed again in 2013 because his psych "tricked him" into writing about how he would do a mall shooting or something.

Fuck, sorry for the double post.

Actually, the loony-bin trip you're thinking of happened in 2014. Bate tweeted about it when he came in, and got out:

Then wrote a Livejournal post about the whole thing:

There's also his Twitter activity to keep in mind. In the entire month of May 2013, which is when he had the eval, he never shuts the fuck up. But when his 2014-Super-Bowl-Week institutionalization came about, he went dark, which he never fucking does unless he's forcefully deprived from Internet access.

It's hard keeping all this depravity straight, and I blame no one for making the occasional detail mistake on this matter. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go find a more pleasurable activity than combing through Nick Bate's garbage. Maybe I'll pull my pubic hairs out with a set of wooden tweezers.

I think the only reason it would be updated faster than we get reports (unless absolutely nobody showed up or something) is if nothing at all happened and they just immediately updated the docket to reflect that.

From the fact we haven't heard anything yet, probably something of substance is actually happening.

@An0minous do you know if there's any truth to someone's earlier claim that back east they sometimes do jury selection the previous Friday? It's always on a Monday here.

For the US lawfag kiwis, will nick be able to use his First Offenders on this? Do they allow first offender's for this crime. I certainly hope not, but I haven't seen anyone ask this and I just wanna get it out of the way... Probably a stupid question, but honestly I just want to rest my mind that he can't use a First Offender's (or a nolo while we're at it)

No way in hell. Those are for nonviolent or minor offenders, not people facing near-capital penalties.

Also those are pretrial diversions so if he had any opportunity at that, it has probably passed.

"First offense" isn't what they show it to be on Law and Order SVU reruns, where someone does PCP and shoots up an office building and the attractive female ADA offers it up despite the fact it took two commercial breaks to clean up the blood.

"First Offense" would be a valid card to play after getting into a fender bender and leaving the scene. Nick ain't even in the ballpark for that stuff.

A few previous posts analyzed this eval. This is one of the better ones.

The GAF has also been mentioned, and specifically, that "smearing feces" is listed in one of the lower brackets, specifically 11-20.
At first I thought maybe they didn't rate him lower because him playing with the feces was of sexual gratification and not lack of knowledge however combined with the fact that he doesn't shower I'm not sure how he got a thirty only. Even Nick stated the evaluation was lacking and they didn't go over everything. Maybe they couldn't stand smelling him for too long but they were neglect to say the least. I didn't know GAF wasn't used in the DSM anymore because it's used in NY? Interesting to say the least.
Thank you for this, it actually cleared up a lot.

@An0minous do you know if there's any truth to someone's earlier claim that back east they sometimes do jury selection the previous Friday? It's always on a Monday here.

I'm not a lawfag but it was a national holiday Monday so if it wasn't Friday it's today
