I personally think it's hilarious that the person (out of like 6 it could actually be) is so embarrassed about giving Phil money that they put themselves through this shell game of fake accounts just to hide that it's from them. And Phil has to do the same song and dance of pretending that he's not getting his latest dopamine hit from that same group of people he considers beneath him.

And all of this knowing that that money is as good as spent on gacha, overpriced liquor that will be mixed, and cold Doordashed fast food.

Devil's advocate: Why do people care that other people get irritated when DSP gets rewarded for acting like a giant piece of shit?

I kinda see why people like the clown that loves coffee and whoever else donates their money to Phil in spite of detractors/trolls. Three pages of people mad about this guy donating his money to some idiot on the internet.

You weren't ever gonna receive that money.

And DSP is gonna blow it.

I get $200 is a lot to many people out there... but for the reasons stated... why people care about how much money some moron on the internet receives... I'll never know.

I know it don’t matter (nonadis mattuhs) but I think both sides are missing nuance. I think there are uhlottuh peepuhl who aren’t tearing their hair out over him but are annoyed that a man in the public eye shits up the world enough to be a net detriment and somehow manages to stay afloat. That’s part of his draw, at least for me. I’m not going to pretend I’m above hate watching (or hate following) someone who smashes my buttons enough just by existing.

And I also think there are people who are sick of people complaining about DSP getting money, because it more or less happens without fail and more people probably ought to be inured to it by now. Hell, some user called the exact amount he would go on to receive like an hour later. You can set your watch to it.

And let's be honest here; anyone can spend their money however and on whatever they want. It's their money, so fuck it.
But never, in any situation, I'll tell you that giving $200 to ANY streamer, gacha game or e-thots is a good or a sane idea.

Remember when people used to think DSP had a secret bank account hoarding the scam money? Man those days seem so far away. Now that the bank leaks happened we know there is no riding into the sunset with a nice retirement. If you actually get mad then I suggest taking a break because there is no legitimate reason for it. His life is nonexistent, he isn't doing anything cool with the money it's just an endless cycle of lying scamming and begging, and ultimately squandering. Just enjoy the absurdity of it.

To add to this, the Emil whale has single-handedly accounted for at least 10% of Phil's entire tip revenue since he first appeared in February. This does not include YouTube gifted memberships (he's gifted the most memberships so far at 35 I believe) or any other potential sock accounts (of which there likely are).

Unless these small handful of faggots are truly in this for the long haul (which some might actually be lol) then Dave's in big trouble at some point in the future.
