If I understand correctly, the prosecutor can still pursue the same criminal charges if more evidence arises. So I guess Nick is free...or hopefully in a group home somewhere.

To bring it back from shitville, I just got off the phone with the Court.
They advised that due to the involvement of a minor, the case (i.e. access to court filings) is closed to the public. I tried to sleaze my way to find out what the Order dealt with but no such luck. Said as minor involved, nothing would be divulged.
So, no luck on that end. Sorry.

I wonder if that means the trial is closed to the public as well. Would that show up on the docket?
