I'm acquainted with that art therapist. It's so funny how she portrays herself on Instagram, and how people gush that they wish she was their therapist. The fat flexibility/fat yogi posts are my favorite because they’ll post a pic of a split or a pigeon pose or whatever with a “see, fat people are just as good at yoga as skinny people!! take that!!” caption, but anyone who thinks about human anatomy for 5 seconds can tell that an obese person with massive thighs needs way less flexibility to do a front “split” than a person without all that padding.

As someone who has had the displeasure of both living and working with fat people: they are almost universally gross and unhygienic, even the ones that clean up and look put together when they leave the house.

Explosive dumps in the bathroom are just the beginning. Expect crumbs everywhere, grease left on surfaces from eating snacks and not washing hands enough (never drive their cars or borrow their computer... the steering wheel and mouse/keyboard are big danger zones)

there is just no way to eat enough to weigh hundreds of lbs and be able to clean it all up. Even if they could, the reduced mobility alone is a deterrent.

That story about calling the ambulance- the EMTs pushed her through the door, which "tore open [her] side and it started shooting blood." I'm disturbed by the words she used here- the thought of some unspecifiable part of her "side" being able to tear open. Can you imagine such an injury on a normal or even regular-fat body? Of course not fitting through a door wouldn't be an issue then. But let's say someone did have to be dragged through a small opening- they would get scrapped terribly, but would they "tear open"? No, that could only happen to someone shaped like a huge pile of garbage bags full of crap.

So she's in the hospital for that? What about the dizziness?

my grandma passed in the winter. Before she died she had called ambulance to her house a couple times. She was of average weight but kind of limp because she had had strokes and her legs didn’t work that well/ anyway the emt were taking her down the front steps and she started sliding off the stretcher, during the act of shoving her back on, the emt actually broke her collarbone. They’re very strong and lifting and moving heavy people is dangerous [\SPOILER]

Let me- let me tell you schomthing. Lemme tell.

I used to think if I told my stories that it would doxx me, but you know what? Between here and all the rest of the internet, I know better. So many people have also experienced the joys of:

• The assblast of toilet destruction
• The lack of showering/general cleanliness
• Dirty laundry and trash all over the floor and furniture
• The bare mattresses and unwashed linens because making the bed is too much effort
• Cowboy Bebop "Toys in the Attic"-levels of fridge destruction
• Pet-endangering levels of laziness (e.g. catboxes in the shower)

I know it's all so tiresome and common that I'm not alone in it.
It's not just the mobility issue either. It's the mobility issue + unhealthy bodies + neuroinflammation and unresolved mental issues that get you to that size.
You look at someone who is just crippled or missing a limb or whatever, their homes aren't like this. Hell, I'll even say I've have the pleasure of knowing fat people who have clean homes and are all-around lovely.
But the megafatties? The HAES crew? The people who have given up on life? It's a cluster of Lovecraftian madness is what this is.
