I really wanna know how they managed to find 5 girls whose English is passable to actually good for a foreigner (in Lui's case) for HoloX. It is actually crazy. Koyori is probably the weakest, but even she seems to be above average compared the the rest of HL.

On another note, on some random discord server, I managed to do the herculean task of convincing both a Holofag and Nijifag to give both tribes a chance.
What clips or songs do you recommend that's gonna leave a good impression?

You need to ask them what they both like in a vtuber or which specific ones they like and then go from there. If someone only tells me they like Nijisanji, then there's nothing for me to go off of other than they like vtubers.

On the whole Amelia/NA studio thing, is there a reason we are outright assuming in this discussion that Cover is definitely not helping in any way whatsoever? Do not get me wrong, it wouldn't surprise me if this is all coming out of Amelia's pocket, because Cover can be incompetent or slow at times. I mean, just read the Ina update post right above me where she says they apparently got short notice that they could use their 3D models after 3rd Fes, and tell me that's not a typical Cover moment. Why did they wait so long to tell them? Because that's just the way Cover is sometimes. However, Cover is capable of being based at times as well. So I won't shit down their throat on this issue until I get complete and verifiable confirmation that they aren't lifting a finger to help, or if I feel like their assistance is subpar. If it really is all Ame's initiative, ingenuity, and drive to give great content then Cover management should be ashamed and commit seppuku live in Ame's studio, but I'm not yet ready to make that call just yet.

I have such a big smile. I don't understand most of what was said other than it was a celebration of the Sonic franchise(?), Korone got "sponsored", the panel embraced yubi yubi, and most importantly, DOOG had fun and was happy.
Blessed it be that it's so easy to have Korone as an oshii. All hail the DOGGO and may yubis be everflowing, amen.

Do you happen to know what they like in Vtubers, or at least who their favorites are? It wouldn't be easy to recommend things based on nothing but presumably a personality as riveting as "me like tribe A/B".
 
Regarding Pippa's latest events, I'm thinking the dog thing was a reference to the gura SC saying "MY DOG FUCKING DIED, LETS GOOO" from way back.

Yesterday, while streaming, she thought one of her rabbits broke out of their cage, and later (after tweeting about the bad thing) she asked for rabbit pictures.

My personal rrat is her rabbit fucking died. (:_(
Let's hope she sticks to the plan of taking a break and she also doesn't go back to her old habits.

She put out a second tweet saying it was a different dog of hers that someone else was keeping. I imagine it'd be Mamakin and Papakin's dog.
