How the fuck is Reiner x Eren problematic, especially considering the same twitterinas almost certainly shipped Ereri back in the day? Also I'm not into BNHA but isn't Bakugou x Deku one of the most popular ships? (since fujos have a strange obsession with abusive gays, as we've learned from Killing Stalking)

Though I think in this situation it is much worse, since this person asked the Spooky Month creator, SrPelo, directly about it. This is highly inappropriate if you know how fandom-creator dynamics work, and how asking this sort of questions only asks for tokenism to keep happening. FANDOM pages are a plague that spreads these sort of ideas very quickly with how much they blurry the line between fanon and canon.

This without getting into the character of Roy in itself. The Hatzgang are basically this show's incarnation of Ed Edd n' Eddy (similar sounding names and all), with the shortest one being the leader. The series only has four episodes, but what is known about Roy is that his uncle molests (or used to molest) him and that might be why he bullies little children and commits misdemeanors such as stealing. I never make this argument because it's a very autistic "gotcha" but, of all the characters in this series, you want that one to be your trans rep?

I guess it could be worse, though. Some people unironically think that Skid, one of the two protagonist children (who is eight-years-old), is trans because he doesn't like his haircut. That's it really. It's just weird how low people's standards are.

In general, if "shortness" is enough of a condition to make characters into troons, then too many iconic trios in fiction must have troons among them.
