He's probably confusing the pancreas for the gallbladder. Chantal has the same issue, I think it's common with superfats. They need to have their gallbladders removed due to getting gallstones (from too much cholesterol in the diet). The gallbladder is essential for breaking down the fat in the foods you eat. Fecal incontinence is very common after gallbladder removal due to an increased amount of bile being delivered directly to the small intestine. This bile can act as a laxative resulting in increased bowel movements or bowel leakage after gallbladder surgery due to looser stools that are harder for the body to control. Chantal constantly shits herself and has trouble getting to the bathroom on time. I think PPP and her have about the same BMI.

It is definitely plausible.

We are a piggy bank for him to shake when he needs coke, booze or uber eats.

I thought that might be the case as I googled removing the pancreas and the results said it was very rare. I know gallbladder is relatively common removal, but does it really just making you shit all over the place indiscriminately? I doubt it.

I'm probably given too much creedence to schizo surfer's scat fetishes.

They have the same BMI, but Chantal has 20 more years of having that BMI. What are the chances that someone in his early 20s needed a gall bladder removal? Legit question. I don't know, it just seems pretty early on in Ashton's superfat journey to be getting a surgery about it

She got her gallbladder removed many years ago tho. I don't know exactly at what age. It all depends on how unhealthy PPP really is, which I think is very.
