There’s a fine line between being drunk enough to start reading the Mel or Russ case files, and going blind from alcohol poisoning. Plus current sanctions prevent them from bringing in a Russian specialist Judge with a higher tolerance for alcohol and bullshit.

I really think the way to settle this is the methods our ancestors used. Trial by combat! No champions. Just Russ and Null in a cage match until one of them goes limp.

Allow me. Swift committed the crime of subtle invitations, no disclaimers, vicarious whatchamcallts, and therefore is sentenced to... well, essentially being the butler of Seinfeld's within-the-4th-wall sitcom.

Pretty sure forcing anyone, but especially a woman, no matter how heinous her crime to have to hang around Russell is a violation of the 8th Amendment's prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.

I understand the courts are very busy, I understand they only have so much time and they have a mountain of lawsuits, both serious and frivolous, to sift through constantly. I get all of that. But at the same time, this nonsense with Freemantle is about as open and shut as it gets. Russ signed a contract saying he couldn't sue. I wouldn't think the judge would have to write more than a single page just saying "plaintiff signed a contract compelling arbitration, so this suit is on hold pending arbitration."

I don't understand why it's taking so long. Just give Russ the retard stamp and move on.

Fremantle really smacked Russ down hard in their reply. They could have just said "Russell signed a contract, the end," but they went the extra mile. Brought up all of his shenanigans, his whole life-story, all of his lawsuits and proof of them being in bad faith. They completely and utterly annihilated his lawsuit, and even then the court is just like "nah we're gonna wait."

Remember, while the case is important to us and Russ, it's a blip on Freemantle's radar. They have more important things to worry about than some rando in Nevada. It'll be dealt with in due time. The court has important business to worry about. This ain't that.
