So who’s going to financially support the young girl and the baby? Have you not seen the statistics for kids adopted Vs unadopted? The kids not adopted get booted from the homes, and have a higher chance of drug abuse, homelessness, etc. after the baby is born, no one gives a shit about the kid or the woman that birthed it.
I have many relatives who were adopted and who came from similar circumstances.

To review legislation created by the Congress or other government entities like state legislatures. If a GOP congress and president approve a national ban and pro-choicers sue over it, the Supreme Court will then have to determine the constitutionality of said law. If the Court decides it is constitutional, it will be the law of the land. I suspect that enough of the Supremes will allow their pro-life sentiments to overrule their "State's Rights" sentiments if that was the case.
The Constitution can also be changed by adding new Amendments through a pair of processes, neither of which are easy.

If the Left truly wanted to Ban guns or make Abortion a right they have had decades to propose those Amendments.

I honestly don't understand these dangerhairs sperging, abortion is not ruled illegal, it just reverts to each state to legislate. Of course Congress could fix this, as Ginsburg advised them to, but they're too busy screaming into the wind.
Wait a minute, doesn't gun laws vary from state to state? Now it's abortion that is left between the states? Shouldn't they both be federally protected?

That said, women's rights have gone the way of the dodo since feminism became radicalized.

I remember back during the election I knew someone who would say that if you don't vote right you're racist and all about how Trump would take away abortion. I'd love to see the look on her face now, lmao. They really thought Biden would be able to save this for them somehow, lol.

I'm already aware the reason men didn't want women to vote is because they wanted to keep being able to use them as broodmares instead of treating them like people.
Actually the franchise was based upon military service and ownership of property. Women did not fight in wars or own property in many cases, thus they had no stake in civil discourse and could not vote.

It's disingenuous to say it's because "men just wanted fuck slaves". That is an incredibly myopic view of gender relations.

There's an amendment that says you can't infringe gun rights. There is no amendment in the constitution that says you have a right to an abortion.
