States were legalizing it, even deep red states, before Obergefell. There were more protections for it than Roe.

Women could and occasionally did vote in the UK until the Great Reform Bill in 1832, expressly because the test for the franchise was property ownership.

I believe there was a bill before that that only recently granted women the right to own property at all. Least for unmarried women.

When states begin to act with so much autonomy that the federal government becomes truly useless rather than just appearing that way they'll send in the national guard. Nah, it's completely deserved. I actually campaigned for gay marriage because I actually believed people should be free to order their lives however they want, and then the left betrayed every value that got us to that point.
