So what is it? Are women giving birth to kids doing it for financial gain or killing the kids because they’re selfish.
The cost of living in the US is outstanding in comparison to other countries, there’s no maternity leave, and unless you’re a minority you will not receive government assistance.

I'm not actually from Alabama, I just didn't feel like googling which states ban pot and I figured that Alabama was probably one that does. I am also just using pot as a relatively harmless example, I think if someone does something that is legal in a place where it is legal they should have a reasonable assumption that they won't be prosecuted for not breaking any laws.

Those crimes all tend to be illegal in the jurisdiction they're committed in. And stuff like tax fraud or fraud in general can have victims in the jurisdiction in question, if I move to India and I scam an American out of some money I still committed a crime in a US jurisdiction, I just did it remotely.
