Even if enough SCOTUS justices want to overturn that ruling, there's no practical way to make it work because you now have nearly a decade of legal same sex marriages. There's no way to do that without either creating two legal castes of gays or annulling every of of their marriages. Either option would create an unworkable clusterfuck for both public and private sectors regarding rights, benefits and property.

I think something else that the people spazzing out about Obergefell don't understand is that while Trump moved the court way to the right on the issue of abortion, he (perhaps unintentionally) actually moved it to the left on LGBT+ rights, since Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are generally more liberal on that topic that the judges they replaced, and while ACB is obviously nowhere near as liberal as RGB, she doesn't strike me as someone who'd want to deal with the shitstorm that would be caused by stripping LGBT+ people of their rights.

I really think the DNC made a decision to refrain from codifying Roe for a variety of reasons. One they like using SCOTUS as a vehicle for a power grad. The Dobbs opinion expressly mentioned this as a reason why it should be overturned.
Beyond that, the threat of overturning Roe is a great way to manipulate the DNC bug eyed lemmings. It gets them motivated, in the game. Codify Roe on a federal level and the DNC loses that energy in its base.

That's not the province of SCOTUS. SCOUTS and the judiciary's role is to apply and interpret laws, SCOTUS particularly with the constituton. There are valid policy considerations in favor of abortion rights, but that is not the job of SCOTUS. So many people should just not be allowed to vote because they do not show they have even a working grasp of high school civics material. Probably a reason why we need to end the Democracy experiment, at least until the populace can be restored to having some basic classical education.

I dont think that is entirely true. A lot of white women have been sucked into the BLM, woke thing, because women go with whatever trend is dominant. That's why French women pulled their ankles around their shoulders for German servicemen and German women did the same once Germany was defeated.
Some should not breed, but many of them are otherwise potentially lovely women who have been ruined by a poisonous cultural milieu. I am not sure democracy can fix that. Read the Medieval English law if you don't believe me.
